Very good experience. No offense to Black Bear as it was our first choice but after waiting 15 min for the counter we left. We saw Buttercup was not too far so we decided to go there since we haven't ever been. Got right in on Mother's Day, had an amazing Cinnasquit within minutes of sitting. Ordered food and had our food on the table by the time we were #2 in the electronic wait list at black bear. Food was amazing, I had the best for corned beef hash my wife a skillet that she loved. Staff was great and very attentive. Can't wait to come back to try more breakfast and also their lunch and dinner choices. Highly recommend.

Marlan is a miserable and terrible waitress. She took our order and never came back. She had a bad attitude and chip-on-her-shoulder mentality from the start. I am shocked she is allowed to work here. A backup server, a nice guy, took over. I am unsure what her problem is, but she is in the wrong industry.

Walk there since we live in the area and here is my experience.Pro: a lot of parking, a wide range of menu items, indoor and outdoor sitting (pet friendly), great food and even better dessert, nice and clean environment.Cons: the amount of food did seem smaller than described to us(thin chicken), you'll wanna eat everything haha, only bad thing is that our dessert was rushed with our entrees when we asked for it after our meals. FYI order dessert after eating trust me!Parking: A lot of spaces

Quick service and a convenient location. Everyone was able to find a dish that worked. The Cesar salad was legitimately fantastic (tons of anchovy in the dressing!) and the meat was good but the sides were only ok. Gluey mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables that had seen better days.We'll certainly be back.

We stopped because we saw they offered outdoor seating and that worked for the small dog with us. We were seated quickly and the friendly server brought us water for the dog while we chose our food. Everything tasted great and we were well taken care of.
Parking: There was a large group of 28 so parking was difficult. they share parking with the court house

Good food, reasonable prices, coffee okUpdate: Had a breakfast delivered. The biscuits were so overcooked it was hard to bite down on them. I had the breakfast delivered, there was no salt/pepper, no utensils, no ketchup. It was just thrown in a bag and sent out the door. For $19.00 I would expect a little bit more in my bag.

I wasted a few 100 calories on a mediocre meal. We ordered the Churro Waffle and it was soft not crispy on the outside like a normal churro. My Sunset Scramble was more like an omelette because it was over cooked. I requested potatoes but they were boiled and not crispy. Overall the meal wasn't worth the cost or the calories. Never again.

I ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns and biscuit. The biscuit was flavorless. The food portion was smaller than expected. I also ordered a pineapple mimosa which was not a full glass. The area was super messy. The service was great.
