I like this fast food restaurant. The food is good, the portions are generous and the price isn't bad. Recommended.

Guy with the arm sleeve tattoos gives comically small portions, even with queso and guac which i’m literally paying EXTRA for. Literally not even half the spoon. Like dude is Chipotle taking the ingredients straight from your personal fridge?? There was a blonde girl there too who is also super cheap with portions, again not even half of a scoop. The staff is always rude even when I smile and ask how their day is. Y’all need to get some customer service training in because now I go to the Pleasant Hill one instead and i love them.

Nobody working there cared and they were out of nearly everything. When I asked for guacamole the kid behind the counter looked annoyed and made sure to bring out the most oxidative looking guacamole. When I told him I didn’t want the guacamole anymore, both the guy and the kid standing next to him smirked and said, “good job.” This is horrible service and the quality of the food looks so poor that OSHA should come out and inspect them! They didn’t even bother changing out the utensils for a clean one too! Are the employees even servsafe certified?!

After paying for my food, which I ordered to go, I asked staff if I can have a lid because I needed to go to the restroom and I didn't want to have my food exposed to bathroom particulate/atmosphere, instead of giving it to me they made the request awkward as if I asked for something weird/strange, I said well if you're so reluctant to give that to me I told them the reason why I needed it and then I asked if they could simply watch my food since I didn't want to bring it into the bathroom unlided. And having to tell my personal business in public to them made me feel ashamed, unsafe and anxious.

The african american lady who takes your order has got to be the rudest person I have ever met. No smiles no greeting just incredibly rude and on top of that when I asked for rice I got less than half a scoop and proceeded to give me looks each time I asked for more. Incredibly unprofessional and should NOT be working here.

I have to say: chipotle is great. The workers there, though, are not. Specifically the dirty blonde girl that I have seen working there on Saturdays. She is the one that takes and makes your order. Multiple times I have come here with an easy, already planned out order, being nice, and she scoffs, talks in a rude tone, and also overcharged me for my order (a kids meal for my daughter with nothing special, she tried to charge me $10 for it when it should be $5.95. But, I didn't argue with her, i just let it go because she had already been very rude to me and I assumed she was just having a bad day. I was wrong; multiple times after that she was the same way.) I don't even want to go here anymore because of how rude she is!

Just got home from picking up my order. The chips are stale. I called to let them know, so they won't give another customer stale chips and there is no way to speak with anyone there! Only takes orders . Won't be back, terrible service if you won't speak with your customers!

Ordered a steak burrito bowl and chicken burrito Togo...I only got a 4-5 very small cubes of protein in my bowl. One big steak piece turned out to be an inedible/ hard tendon/bone piece. The burrito was skimping on chicken and was mostly tortilla and rice. Both our bowl and burrito was missing the red sauce. Pickup was easy with - garage across the street.

Today I had a bad experience with Emma. I felt she rushed me through my order and she was very rude. As she made my taco I had to ask someone else to take over my order because the way she spoke to me was in a rude disrespectful manner. As a paying customer no one should be rushed or disrespected and I highly suggest that Ms. Emma get more training for this job in the area of actively listening and she can learn to be more patient.

Good food with fresh ingredients.I don't go to Chipotle for the atmosphere, but the place was clean, but a bit small.Vegetarian options: They can do Vegetarian if that's what you're into.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.Parking: Free on the 3rd story.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator from the parking garage and it's all sidewalk from there.Dietary restrictions: If you get the bowl the meal is gluten free, long as you don't add a tortilla in any way.

They are pretty quick with getting my pick up order ready. Although, the portion that they give is very small. I hardly see any steak from my food and the scoop of guacamole you get is just small. Id rather take my $16 somewhere else with this kind of portion honestly. Wont be coming back.

My only issue with this location is the quality when I order though an app like UberEats or Postmates. On several occasions when I have my food delivered, the burrito bowls always have very small and skimpy amounts of the meat portion. For all the extra fees that I have to pay when using those apps, I expect all food businesses to give the same amount and quality, just like any customer that actually walks in to the location. If you want to make sure your food is up to satisfactory, your best bet at this location is walking in and seeing them make it in front of you. This location would get higher ratings from me if they stopped skimping on the food amounts for their delivery/pickup orders.
