I have been a bay club gym member for many years, and always enjoy occasional lunch/take out from this place. Food usually very fresh and tasty. My favorite is fish tacos and veggie California bowl. My kids favorite is burger and chicken tenders. There soup of the day is good and kid friendly. My only wish that they have more vegan friendly options and whole grains, instead of white rice. They have plenty of tables outside overlooking the pool area. Inside you can seat in the general launch area or at restaurant's tables and order your food from menu or at the bar.Service is friendly, but on a slower side. I think they still understaffed since Covid.

Went here for the Thanksgiving special on Thanksgiving. Phenomenal salad and the choice to include pomegranate seeds really balanced the tartness of the dressing with the bitterness of the arugula. The Thanksgiving main course was excellent, special shoutout for the carrots and green beans which were delicious, and the dressing had an unexpected sweetness. The pumpkin pie for dessert was excellent as well. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

Incompetent staff. They DO NOT train their servers and it's obvious. They don't know what they are talking about and don't understand customer service. They seem miserable too. It's really one of the worst restaurants in the area because of their wait staff. Been a member at the gym for a long time and over the years the restaurant has gone downhill. They used to have servers that were friendly and knew what they were doing. Feels like now they hire inexperienced young people that don't have a clue.Too bad because the food is pretty decent.

I wanted a good dinner after a full day of work. The Citrus Fresh Grill was recommended by the front desk associate. I was going to do takeout, I enjoy my food more when I eat it hot . My server was nice. He was very busy. He had quite a few guests. He didn't give me the full Attention that I wanted. I ordered the Fish (Halibut) & Fries with a French Passion drink on the side. The food came up quickly.Everything was hot. I couldn't enjoy the Halibut due to the breading being so thick. My server never came back by after dropping my meal so I couldn't share my experience with him. Sucks to waste $44. Hopefully, I'll get the opportunity to visit them again someday.

Citrus Restaurant, situated in the Marriott hotel, provided a deeply disappointing brunch experience this Friday. The service was uncoordinated and seemed inexperienced, making the dining experience unpleasant. We were served cold tea and the overall food quality was sub-par, with most dishes lacking flavor and warmth. The egg Florentine egg Benedicts we ordered were a letdown, with hard-boiled eggs, cold and colorless potatoes, and bland hollandaise sauce that seemed to be out of a jar. Even the bread sides for the omelette seemed to be hastily picked from a closing brunch table. This experience does not align with the previous high ratings that influenced our decision to dine here. I would strongly advise against dining at Citrus if quality food and service are priorities for you.

Terrible service! The restaurant was out of several menu items that the Server Mattie did not know were sold out or not available. She told me there was no salsa for the chips when she delivered what was supposed to be my 'chips and salsa'. I did not feel like paying $9 for just the chips when I complained. My appetizer was brought at the exact same time as my entree which infuriated me because I specifically ordered an appetizer because Mattie said the kitchen was backed up (surprising since the restaurant had less than a dozen customers in the entire place), but that I'd still get my appetizer first, and quickly. I had to get up and ask Mattie for ketchup as it was not brought with my entree and she never came back to the table. Ketchup should ALWAYS be brought/offered when french fries are served! Took FOREVER to get my check, even after I asked for it, TWICE. I'm not ever going back. Terrible! And the food is not that great tasting either. It's basic bar food.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Citrus Grill. The food was deliciously prepared and well presented. The service was professional and attentive. Chris Presilla (Food & Beverage Manager) and Chef Travis (Executive Chef) were most helpful throughout the planning process. It was a large table of 11. They made the whole dining experience a scrumptious and fun one. It is located in the hotel and may get overlooked. It is a great place for casual dining and for special occasions. The bartenders are friendly and mix a mean cocktail. Check it out.

Absolutely apparent that this is a Chef Driven Menu that absolutely has something for everyone, without the obnoxious 40 page menu. Dishes are delicious, fresh, and surprising! Beets Salad and Pasta was amazing!

Great food. Chef Travis serves up some of the best fried chicken you'll ever find! Truffle fries bring a smile to my wife. The bar is comfortable and Frankie and crew know their way around a cocktail. The decor could use some refreshing . But that's a minor detail. Check it out.

Decided to go with Continental breakfast which had eggs and says any style - when asked for an omelette the server says eggs any style includes only scrambled , porches etc and not onlette - isnt onlette part of any style egg - also the buffet was too simplistic and 27$ for a mediocre buffet is pretty expensive - wouldn’t visit again going with how many better options are there near by

For a hotel restaurant, this is the most limited menu I've ever seen. Literally, there's like 6 choices. I ordered the chicken club, and it was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. I kept trying to add salt and pepper to it. Basically like boiled chicken pieces on it. No flavor. The side salad was good. The service was mediocre. Definitely won't be racing back.

Sooo it's been a Long time I've been impressed with Bay Club Fitness food. It used to be so good and yet epic fail for years... today I may have changed my mind over a simple chicken finger basket and truffle fries... everything cooked to perfection...hot, crisp, flavorful. This is the new direction!
