Y'all are embarrassing going through all that over an honest review keep me blocked bc I'll bring it here. I went to this truck and I was really excited to try honestly. When my boyfriend and I were ordering the woman was just flat out rude and we noticed her nasty attitude wasn't just with us. She rushed everyone we saw ordering not just my bf and I, she just seemed like she didn't want be working at all. We order the steak meals and when we got our food it was a complete disappointment to say the least. The cut of meat was not tender at all, it was extremely tough and hard to chew. I mentioned in my comment that isn't my favorite when ordering steak. Don't waste your money here these people do not care about their customers.

I ordered a noodle with steak and a chicken hibachi. Told me 10 minutes. I finally got my food after almost an hour. There was no steak in my noodles. It's not good, trust me.

Worst ever ! They offer to remake something but said they will call back never did . I asked well dine for the chicken , omgggg waited extra noooo big deal I understand but gave me the wrong order , I never ordered steak !!!!!! This sucks slow response ! No return call , mind you never said the order was ready just hd it sitting in window after I asked about the time lol then says it's ready after telling me 10 mins !!!!! Ummmmm helllo I watched this bag sit her for 15 mins !!! Literally should have knew better lesson learned !!

The plate came out to be almost 30 bucks and the noodles were cut so much you couldn't even pick it up with your fork the vegetables were good which it got a redeeming 2 stars but the meat was just flavorless and oily

Don't ever go here the food is dry , they stole my money and lied and said he didn't and this place is unprofessional and the cameras don't work when I was trying to See the footage and I will never eat here again Don't go here unless you wanna get robbed

Tried them when they came out to Pittsburg. I preordered through text and I still waited an hour and 15 minutes to get my food, despite preordering. Just ridiculous. They obviously couldn't keep up with the demand because there were tons of people there who were waiting since before I got there and were still there when I left. I got home to find the steak completely rare, it was almost still bloody. The chicken and rice were completely flavorless and the whole thing was just not it. The carrots were hard as a rock and the only thing with a little flavor was the zucchini. Saw someone raving about how good this truck was, but it was not worth the time or money, next time i'll just order Benihana to go lol. The truck also had no visible menu, only a QR code to scan and they were not taking cards, only cash, when most food trucks are the opposite. They had been posting on instagram all day that day so they could've let customers know. They also had a bad system of calling out numbers and the bags were piling up since nobody could hear them. It would be a good idea to get a speaker or something to make it easier for everyone. Cool truck, cool concept, but they are not prepared for constant traffic like that night.
