This is my favorite kabob in Fremont which is the original location. I decided to give the Walnut Creek location a try and found it to be better than the Fremont location which I thought was impossible. Great food and great service. I ordered the triple combo. AMAZING!!!!! The mantu was very very tasty as well. I will definitely be back

This is my 5th visit to this place, I like to look for consistency before posting a review. Great food, I ordered the Chicken Kabob and everything about this dish is fantastic, the seasoning, the tenderness of the meet, the rice has a true middle eastern flavor. I ordered a doogh yogurt drink that is great ( but it is an acquired flavor). I recommend to accompany your Kabob with a side order of yogurt. The place is casual and ran by a small staff, be patient it is worth it.

Hate that I can't go to Fremont location as often as I'd like but love that I have Walnut Creek location when I need my bolani and chapli kabob fix. Went for my birthday lunch with my kiddos and I couldn't have chosen a better spot. My kids enjoy their rice and kabob and I spoiled myself by ordering aush, bolani, ferni and chai. The combination kabob platter did not disappoint, never does! Service was above and beyond. Kids could not stop chowing down on Afghani naan which kept coming out fresh from the oven, blessing and curse at the same time, ha!. Can't wait to go again!

Love this spot. Was bummed when they closed down during the pandemic, but glad they're back. Try it once and you'll be hooked.

We really enjoyed this place, the food was well seasoned, we tried the chicken and beef kebabs. And a potato bread appetizer both tasted really good. The service was good only had one server but she was trying to be as fast as she could. Place is small casual with a patio.

ALL the dishes were delicious. We got three appetizers and two entrees and it was all great. I had the soup, the beef dumplings, and the zucchini flatbread and they were all delicious. We also got the mixed kebob plate and the lamb plate and I LOVED the lamb!!Kid-friendliness: We brought our baby here during dinner in the stroller and there was plenty of space. Right after we sat, another family with a baby came and sat too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly table right by the front door

I'm glad this restaurant came back to Walnut Creek. It was my first place having lamb shank. (Qabili Pallow). It's served under a big pile of rice, succulently stared with raisins and carrots. The lamb, on its giant bone, is falling apart, delicious. They also have a vegetarian spinach dish, that I greatly enjoyed. The Afghan bread that comes with the dishes is warm and feels like home. The food is not spicy, however, the green sauce that accompanies the dishes is nicely assertive and adds a great level of spice. The only downside here, is that, twice when I've been here, the women's restroom ran out of soap, which is pretty important. The owner is nice, and it is a place worth visiting more than once. #TravelsWithDucky

I tried lamb with rice and some bread. So far this was the best lamb I tried in last few years. Rice was also very delicious - chef definitely knows how to use spices. Very special place, highly recommend. Thank you guys for the lunch.
