This is a casual place, very large with picnic type tables and a few booths. I ordered at the counter, paid by credit card, and paid the suggested 15 % tip. In retrospect, I should have just paid the bil in cash and left a small cash tip, since it was entirely self service. I was given a pager to notify me when my order was ready. Now for the best part, the food. I ordered the plain hamburger, fries, and a Pliny.draft beer. The food was very good. The hamburger came well done, which was fine by me. I don't know if I could have ordered it medium well done. The fries were crisp and dunkable in their very tasty ketchup. There is outdoor seating. They had an extremely lengthy and diverse menu.Vegetarian options: Many "Impossible" brand selections.

We went just before the movies and boy was it busy. That's a good thing, right?Ordering was at a counter where you can grab your drinks and get a fob for when your food is ready. Tons of draft beers but opted for a chocolate shake. My wife got the Kale Salad with Chicken and I thought I'd keep it simple with just a cheese burger. Loads of options though if you want a little extra. The menu was full of delicious trends and plenty of goodies for the kids.20 minutes later our order was ready but the kind and polite staff warned me the time lines.Forgot to take a shot of the food but it was very well presented and was very good. I'm a In 'N Out fan and is second to none in my humble opinion but Gott's got it. It was tasty and filling. Not a huge burger but big enough prior to sitting through a 2 hour movie. The chocolate shake was great. Dark, rich chocolate and was a great complement to my cheese burger. My wife enjoyed her salad which looked good and filling. Not Kale fan so I didn't try but she liked it. Gott's has a large dining area with booths and shared tables. There condiments and flatware is complemented with a water bar.Over all it was worth the "try". Outside of waiting 20 minutes, which was to be expected by the loads of people there I'll come back.

Used to love this place but the pandemic has hurt the overall experience of eating there. The little paper boats for the burgers and fries were horrible. The constant wind (outdoor seating) was a real problem. They have plenty of outdoor seating though. Overall did not have a good

I’ve not tried a bad item here in the few times I’ve been. Crispy chicken sando, Cali burger, Cubano, fries, onion rings, and even the condiments. Only downside was last time my fries were excessively oily. Plenty of seating, and beer and wine, what more could you want? Very friendly staff too.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sides, sandwiches, and saladsParking: Multiple parking options in the area

Absolutely the most dissatisfying and most expensive cheeseburger and fries I have ever had.First review I’ve ever written as I am not that picky. Hamburger was small way overcooked and almost impossible to eat since it just fell apart. Very very disappointed and will never go backFor the price Gotts needs to do so much better

Upscale fast food. Really tasty. You have to wait a little, but it's definitely worth it. The French fries with cheese are definitely

It's a great place to come and eat with your kids, but the restrooms are not children friendly. No changing pad in the men's room, nowhere to put the changing gear, no stool for the kids to stand on to wash hands, and the water temperature is set too hot for kids.

You must hurry in and try their Parmesan Chicken sandwich. It is only available for a limited time, 1 month each year, and it's available now. It is so delicious I can't come up with the right words to describe it. The most tender chicken I've ever had. Seriously, go in and try it NOW!

Expensive burger that didn’t taste much better than fast food.Service was apathetic.Atmosphere of a chemistry lab. Stale, clinical, bright lights. Not a comfortable or inviting place to be.Fries and coke were good.

My first visit will be my last. I had a burger—the bun was poor quality and disintegrated. The meat was tasteless. The cost is high—two burgers, one order of fries, no drinks: $43. Go to In and Out Burger a few miles away. The burgers are twice as good and cost half as much.

Really wanted to love this place bc the concept/menu are great but I found the burger underwhelming/dry. Not eager to visit again. Great place for families and big groups.
