I was craving something between ice cream, boba, and shaved snow and this place hit the spot. They even have absolutely adorable fruit flavor ice teddy bears to top your dessert. This probably made me more excited then it should have but all of the different flavors and colors were so fun and they were soft as well so it wasn’t like biting into a chunk of straight hard ice.We all loved our drinksI ordered a regular sized honeydew shaved ice with condensed milk, strawberry fruit and a pretty vibrant pink dragon fruit ice teddy bear. One of my friends ordered a strawberry milk with oatmeal and strawberry popping bubbles. My other friend ordered a tiger milk tea with boba and strawberry popping bubbles.Vegetarian options: There are some vegan options.Kid-friendliness: Fun desserts and snacks for all ages

This place holds a special place in my heart; I've been going here since high school after every choir concert, football game, school play, even dates. With the guaranteed parking, big menu, and friendly staff, I've only had good experiences and memories here. I know this isn't a typical review, and the boba isn't the best of the best, but this local Asian owned business could always use more support ! It's a solid 8/10

I ordered green tea shaved snow with grass jelly and mochi...and I ordered it in Monster size. The cashier gave me a funny luck. "Are you sure? That's enough for two people." I smiled at the cashier and looked her dead in the eye. "Yes I'm sure." I'm so happy I got Monster size and devoured the whole bowl. When they brought out the bowl, they brought spoons thinking we were going to share. No, it was all mine! I ate it all in one sitting and enjoyed it so much! Even the two other people I was with looked at their small shaved ice and thought "Maybe we should have gotten our own monster size instead."

We recently had the opportunity to try ICE MONSTER, and our experience left us somewhat disappointed. While it's possible that their offerings shine in the realm of smoothies, our venture into the Milk Tea domain left us wanting. Regrettably, there was a conspicuous absence of tea in our Milk Tea orders. An aspect that warrants attention is the choice between real milk and powdered milk when customizing your beverage. ICE MONSTER presents the option to upgrade your drink with real milk, and this choice holds paramount importance. Opting for real milk enhances not only the flavor but also the overall quality of your drink. In contrast, opting for powdered milk may compromise both taste and nutritional value. In recent times, numerous tea establishments have phased out powdered milk due to its less-than-optimal health implications and the unanimous preference for genuine milk among discerning patrons. It's worth noting that once we modified our drinks to include real milk, the cost per beverage escalated significantly. Our total bill exceeded $7 per drink, and when factoring in tips, it surpassed $8. While the upgrade to real milk undoubtedly improved the taste, it came at a noticeable cost. On a positive note, the service at ICE MONSTER was commendable. The staff member attending to us was exceptionally courteous and adept at explaining the various drink options available. This level of service certainly added a touch of warmth to an otherwise lukewarm experience. In conclusion, ICE MONSTER offers a mixed bag of experiences. While the importance of opting for real milk cannot be overstated, it does come at an additional cost. The absence of tea in our Milk Tea orders was a notable drawback, but the exceptional service provided by the staff helps redeem the overall impression. If you're willing to invest in upgrading your beverage with real milk, you may find ICE MONSTER's offerings more satisfying but maybe ask them to add/brew more tea leaves to their teapots too.

No one greeted us. The staff just stared at me. My family and I were the only customers. I placed my order on the kiosk and just waited for my shaved ice. I wanted to come back and try more items on the menu, but I won't ever come back.

We stopped by here to get a charge for our car, so we thought we would grab a drink for the road. I got a pineapple green tea, and my boyfriend got a avocado smoothie. The pineapple tea was disappointing, there was no tea flavor and it tasted like water infused with artificial pineapple. I basically paid $6 for a cup of water with drops of pineapple juice. The avocado smoothie had slightly more flavor, but it was just basic. Avocado and heavy creamed whipped together. The non existence service. It was dead, there were people behind the counter, neither of which greeted us when we came in, they actually disappeared into the back. There was a tablet that is used to order, when the drinks were done, they sat the drink on the table in the pick up area... didn't say anything. Just looked at us, looked at the drink and went back behind the counter. If drinks are basic but the service was better, you may actually retain customers. Especially being in Walnut Creek, I expected the service to be better. The location is already in a dead area.

It's located in a shopping center that is pretty empty. So parking is easy to get. Good giant toast . I usually get the milk tea with boba. if you like sweet chewy boba this is a good spot.

My family and I have been frequenting this spot to fill our cravings for some good bobas and peach teas for quite some time now. Today, my mom wanted her usual peach green tea, so I called to play an order. I ordered two peach green teas, one with grass jelly and the other with crystal boba, and finally, one pineapple black tea with tapioca along with other food items. After picking up our order, I realized that the pineapple tea was a green tea instead of a black tea and the label on the drink clearly indicated so. My partner does not drink green tea, so I immediately called to let Ice Monster know that they made a mistake with my order. I not only NOT got one apology from the person who took my order (she looks really young and has terrible customer service). I told her on the phone to at least apologize for her mistake. I understand, people make mistakes. I make them sometimes and I apologize for each and every single one of them. It's called taking accountability for your own mistakes. It's called being professional. And it's simple good etiquette and customer service to apologize for your mistakes. You work in the service industry after all. When I arrived at Ice Monster to exchange the drinks, the mistake for the correct one, the young person who took my order, not only not acknowledge me, but gave me my drink with some attitude. She kept insisting it wasn't her mistake. Excuse me, but the label doesn't print the wrong order itself. The person who took the phone order must have been the one who sent in the incorrect order. I suppose she was never taught to apologize for her mistakes and take accountability for her own actions, which is really sad.The fact that I had to drive back to exchange the drink for the correct one was already an inconvenience. To not even get an apology for a mistake, not of my own making, and one that costs me time and gas, was the cherry on top. If this is the caliber of customer service that's offered at Ice Monster, then I'd rather frequent other places for my peach tea cravings. There are many other alternatives after all, with much, much better customer service.
