Food is really good but what we really appreciated was the service we received from Austin. We had a long day and his bright and fun energy was a pleasant surprise and uplifted us. Being as busy as it was the food came out really quick. We will definitely be back and hopefully more locations like this coming soon.

I've been a fan of Jack's for years since I tried them in Sacramento. I visit the Walnut Creek location once a month on average and it's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Some of my repeat dishes are the Spicy Buffalo salad, Chinese chicken salad. The urban fries are amazing. But everything I've tried is great. I wish they'd open up an another location in Pleasant Hill or Concord.

The food here is first rate! I'm especially partial to the turkey plate, as well as the Chinese Chicken salad and the Reuben sandwich as well! The service as well as the employees are very cordial and professional . The ambiance appears to be very inviting. I always order my food to go.

We used to eat here semi often as I like the Turkey and my BF liked the Asian chicken salad. We really went for the mango ice tea and the Royale cookies. They no longer serve the tea and cookies!! why? Why drop a winner? Sadly we don't eat there now. They do have good parking which in Walnut Creek is saying a lot. Bring back the tea and cookies!! If anyone knows the name of mango tea bags id like to try to find on Amazon
