Why does this location close five hours before all the others in the area?! I went to pick up an early dinner (4:45pm) and they had been closed for 45 minutes! :/ Super bummed. This spot is close to my house but I had to drive all the way down Ygnacio in gnarly traffic because this location closes before most seniors even eat their supper >.<

I really enjoy going to Kinders, the food is great, however, I will not be returning this one. The teenage workers here are very lazy and inattentive. We stood waiting for someone to help us while 3 workers just stood around chit-chatting. Finally one came over and took our order. This teenage worker who took our order left out stuff like my potato salad and coleslaw. Fortunately we weren't charged for it. The Ball Tip sandwiches we ordered looks like they're barely cooked and are almost cold. Avoid this location, try the one on Ygnacio Valley.Came back to this one, that was a mistake. I waited for almost 15 minutes and not helped, but the manager, or I think was the manager, stood in the back saying "sorry about the wait, guys" every 2 minutes, but not doing anything about it. Kinders needs to cut and run on this location.
Food is good. Service is slow, aggravatingly slow.

I don’t know why I don’t learn not to go to this Kinder’s,? They raise the prices, higher and higher, and the quality of their food goes less and worse and worse I got the cobb salad this morning. All the avocados were black and not as much as it used to be, all the lettuce, are old and black, and no blue cheese, or any other kind of cheese on it it’s just horrible cobb salad for almost $17, I guess next time if I ever go to them I have to check everything right there because usually I order and I go pick up. never again
Rude lady this morning in orange shirt (hoping she's not shift lead or manager) had a rude attitude and had to finish her conversation with the kids before helping. She didn't say anything when she got to the counter, I was the one who had to say good morning, how are you? And got nothing back. I ended up canceling my order once I saw she was the one that was making it, with no gloves, and she didn't wash her hands. I went to the other location up the street and was taken care of right away! STAY AWAY FROM PARKSIDE KINDERS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The kid all the way in the back should be manager, he was the only one who said good morning and that someone would be with me shortly. I'm pretty sure he knows how bad the morning lead is, she couldn't even lead anyone to the counter. I REALLY wish I would have recorded this interaction for the world to see!

Amazing value for your money. Order the bbq sandwich. Frankly it's huge - enough for two people. Lots of meat, onions, cheese.Their sides are ok, nothing to write home about. Cole slaw was decent, a bit too sweet.Wish they offered alcohol.
