The ribs were tough and far from "fall off the bone". 2 hours before closing they were out of Ball Tip. The beans were served cold. Overall this was a real disappointment and unlike my experience at other Kinder's.

Every time I come in I'm instantly greeted by the staff. I've been coming here for 3 years and have yet to experience bad service from anyone here! Great food that doesn't have you waiting in line too long. Keep it up Kinders!!

They put pork instead of beef in my Famous Ball tip double sanwich...I only realized something is wrong after eating first half.After complain to cashier that meat does not taste as intended and cut too thin - they gave me new one. thanks.But never they acknowleged the pork being out in there.I only realized back hole where I took the second half out the to go bag and showed to my wife before throwing it away.I like the beef one, but I don't eat pork. This could be a serious issue for many people.

Recently went to this location to order a double meat ball tip sandwich. After getting my sandwich, realized my sandwich was not a double meat ball tip sandwich. Asked for refund, stated refund was not an option! Asked for manager, employee stated he was manager. Poor service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I'm unable to find the Kinders marinades. I asked about ordering a full case and I was turned down!!!

This is an amazing place to grab lunch! Super convenient to be able to call in and order ahead then pick up! The staff is always super nice and helpful! The food is also always super delicious! Everyone I know loves the cali club!

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich and all it is is Meat shaped in a loaf . No seasoning, no tomato sauce , no bread crumbs . No nothing . So disappointed. You may wanna check your recipe next time .

I can't even give this place a star at all. last time I came an ordered a 2 way and when I got home I found out they left my sides out. I was at home and not driving all the way back. it's been a good four months and I decided to go back. ordered a one way which states it comes with 2 sides but once again I got home and guess what they left out. I called and I asked the girl if a one way comes with beans and salad she said yes but if you want them you have to tell us... " yes I'd like a one way"...? wtf I order off your menu and you guys choose to save yourselves money by telling us after we get home that " WE " have to tell you that when we order off Yr menu We want our sides as stated! FU! you Guys are trash!! don't eat here. the one on Parkside can't even keep their doors open. what a FN Joke
