Melo bread is a stand at the Sunday Walnut Creek Farmers Market. I tried them for the first time a couple weeks ago with a seeded loaf and I'm hooked. They make it with 85% whole wheat and it is full of flavor. I went back the following week and they were all sold out of bread.
