I can honestly say this place makes the best Frappuccinos in town. I'm no coffee expert but I've definitely been to a good handful of places and this one beats them all hands down. It's really a shame that it's located inside of John Muir hospital because otherwise I'd be a regular customer. Maybe someday they will decide to open one in a more accessible location.

For hot beverages, don't expect too much. When I request for extra hot, the beverage comes out just about Luke warm, I don't even need to let it cool down. Been very disappointed with their hot beverages I don't even order from here anymore.

Convenient and yummy! I was so pleasantly surprised there is a real coffee shop here at John Muir. They have all the basics like latte, drip coffee, Frappuccinos, tea, snacks even smoothies. Pricing is similar to Starbucks. My favorites are the Blackberry White Mocha Frappuccino and Extreme Vanilla Frappuccino with extra espresso.

Love this little coffee shop inside the John Muir Hospital. My favorites are the frozen mocha and chai tea. The baristas are so friendly and quick with the drinks too! If you're looking for a coffee while visiting the hospital, definitely make a stop here!

Some of the best coffee I've ever had! I asked the barista for a recommendation and she made me the best caramel macchiato ever!!! A nice treat for a tired mom with a kid in the hospital. I hope their business continues to grow. Very well done.

I've worked in customer service my entire life, from retail sales go real estate to treasury to corporate sales, making sure my clients and customers felt like they were important was always a priority. It wasn't important because the customer was always right or because I was a kiss a** but because my job was important to me and I always want to treat other the way I should be treated. Then there are those who could care less about others and have a job in customer service because they need a paycheck and have no aspiration in life to do better or be a better person. This would describe barista Kay. Usually I get good coffee from here, great even. The other day, with her, was the exception. My mocha tasted like warm milk with a splash of coffee. No sugar, no mocha, no nothing. When I went back to say something, what did she do? She laughed it off and dismissed it as though what I was saying meant nothing which I find offensive and rude. If you're in a public facing role, you should be able to handle yourself with some professionalism. If you can't do that you shouldn't be working there. Just because we aren't health care workers there don't make us any less essential. Just because you're a tall white brunette and I'm of Asian decent doesn't mean it's okay for you treat me as such. To me that's outright racism and prejudice. Who the hell are you to laugh when all I was asking for was a new one or refund? Dismissing me like you could care less? You should not be working there or with people if you can't control your face and your attitude. That is what we call an entitled millennial, you are the definition. It doesn't matter if someone is a CEO, a nurse, a janitor or a stay at home parent. You need to learn manners and respect. If my daughter acted that way I'd be pissed and ashamed of your attitude. Your bosses and you probably could care less about this post but it'll help someone looking for a good cup of coffee and friendly people. Hopefully when they see this they'll think twice about ordering there and tipping you specifically. Some of my good friends are baristas but have such professionalism and kindness even to the rudest people which goes to show what kind of person you are. Regardless of what kind of day you're having you shouldn't take it out on anyone else. I hope when you get in to a career, when someone treats you this poorly and doesn't know your background, you remember this and every moment you treated someone less courteous than they deserved.
