No problem with the pizza, it's the young lady who helped us that was the issue. Never made eye contact, never spoke, acted like she didn't hear us. It was the most uncomfortable exchange I've ever had in a restaurant. I thought maybe she was hearing impaired but when my daughter questioned why she was being so rude, she continued to ignore us and then looked up and stated in a snide manner that she was writing something down! I think I'll stick to the one in The Veranda.

We did a pickup order on a Friday night via the MOD pizza website and received a confirmation to pickup in ~30 minutes. I arrived about a minute before the pickup time and proceeded to wait for more than 30 minutes after arriving before my order was finally ready. Below their logo are the words "Super Fast", but my experience was nothing approximating "fast", let alone "super fast". From the time I ordered to the time my order was ready, an hour had passed. I wouldn't have minded as much if the confirmation was an hour, but quoting 30 minutes and then having the customer sit an additional 30 minutes after arriving was infuriating. We won't be ordering from here again.

Like a pizza salad bar. Build your own pizza. You select, they put it together. They have a pizza menu too - I picked 'Jasper' and added 3 more toppings. First time here. The pizza and the ingredients were very good! I will be back.

Not the best, not the worst. You can choose your toppings and I guess there's only one size. You can choose the thickness of the crust. 30 toppings to choose from and a fast oven. We went there to support a fundraiser for Rainbow Girls. They have a good choice of soda. More of a personal size pizza.

Hey, for the price not that bad but spend a few more dollars and get a real wonderful pizza from Slice in Walnut Creek or Doppio Zero in Concord. Now they know how to make pizza.
Terrible service. Very slow to build the pizzas waiting for more than 30 min with just few people in the front. Brought up an issue and the employee didn't recognize their mistake.

Fun place. Pick your own toppings even down to the sauce. This is a place to go if you're on a budget. It's affordable.

Pros: The workers are friendly. Cons: First, PLEASE train the manager on duty each shift to enforce the "no dogs in eating establishments" rule that is mandatory in Contra Costa County. A disheveled couple and their huge dog were in line ahead of us. It is just gross. And no, this was not a service animal. The other problem is that even when there was no line, none of the four employees came by to clean the dirty tables piled with dishes, not the wet mess on the floor behind us. This place would be great if it were cleaned up and the No Pets law were enforced. Date of visit: Oct. 22 around 5pm

I had a order and went to pick this up at the estimate time and it wasn’t ready. After 25 minutes waiting I asked the employee how long it would take still and I asked him to at least check if my pizza was being baked already. He was super rude and said that he was not going to check it and for me to cancel my order. And it was what I did. So disappointed.
