Daniel and Diana were amazing! Greatly appreciated both of their great customer service! My husband and I have been having trouble with our vertuo next machine and Daniel went above and beyond and exceeded my customer service expectations. Diana was so sweet to make me one of their holiday special coffee’s. I came in frustrated about our coffee machine issues but left feeling valued as a loyal Nespresso customer and left with a smile. The Nespresso Boutique store in Walnut Creek is a great place to get your Nespresso coffee pods at the best price. The problem is that you must sign in digitally when you first walk in. If not, they will not even talk to you. The person who helped us was so unhelpful. No advice on what's new or what kind of coffee we like.
