I was thinking of getting one of the seasonal drinks, which was called the gingerbread latte, but I decided against it and chose a regular cappuccino. On the other hand, a different relative of mine chose the peppermint mocha. Impressions of the two drinks: cappuccino is hotter in temperature. The peppermint mocha contained a flurry of whipped cream (spray can version), so it cooled down the coffee surface. For future reference I won't choose this mocha because of the whipped cream; there was an unnatural greasiness in the cream.For the cappuccino, the coffee was nice and hot, and it wasn't sour. The odd side, I don't know it just felt like all coffees tasted like this, but it was more milk or cream over the coffee.

Awhile back I was leaving E-bar and witnessed one worker taking a picture of one the coworkers making drinks, I do believe the woman making the drink didn't notice and the lady taking the picture might've been a manager or lead, unless it was for an "ad" or such but it just seemed odd I was in the store had already received my tea and was in the back about to head out but I noticed a lady named Shamrock take a picture and kinda left her camera open for a minute before ordering or getting her drink! Just odd! Just sayin! For a lead to do that? What's going on with management inside? Seriously?

Had a horrible experience today, the tall girl with long braids was extremely disgustingly disrespectful...She was mugging my friend and I when we arrived and when it was closer to closing she asked us "are y'all waiting on something else?" With a horrible attitude... YES! In fact we are because THEY FORGOT OUR DRINK! You want us to leave m? then make us the drink you don't have to be rude about it. We were never disrespectful not once... and while they were making the drink she was talking smack about me to her coworkers... disgusting and passive aggressive... the other two guys were wonderful. She needs to leave that job if she does not like it. I have never had such a horrible encounter...

After shopping at the nordstrom store, I went to "ebar" to get a coffee. As it is nordstrom I expected the service and drinks to be up to par with the retail experience but I was wrong. First of all, the store had a horrible, sewer like, smell which was off putting and there was a major fly issue with flies all over the walls. Not off to a great start, the person at the register (the old, tall woman, with short hair.) was extremely rude and condescending and talked in circles when i asked her question about the drinks. I asked her what a "mocha bianco" was and she responded "you've never heard of white chocolate?" and rolled her eyes. When she was ready for payment she said "are you going to put your card in or not?".... she hadn't even told me the total. I never leave reviews, but the way she treated me was unacceptable, especially for a paying customer inside nordstrom. Not only was she rude to me at the register but she seemed to watch me the entire time I was in the store.... super creepy. The person making my drink was super nice but could sense the tension and seemed to be apologetic for her. This makes me think this is a reoccurring problem. The drink itself (spiced chai) wasn't terrible, but it was just sweet with no cinnamon or clove flavor, not the best or worst. Overall, i'm super disappointed in nordstrom as whole simply because, if you are going to branch out into other industries (food and cafe), do it well or don't do it at all. Also, having bad facilities and a super rude employee gives me zero reason to go back.

Hi! I don't usually write reviews and really only use yelp to find good food places but after looking at another persons review posted today I feel as if I should leave a comment. I couldn't begin to explain how accurate the review was. I came to Walnut Creek for shopping and went into this store for a quick drink. While in there it was a bit busy and waited in line to order a drink. While ordering the girl was so sweet but when we were waiting to get out drinks, while waiting we decided to change our drinks, we asked the lady at the end of the drink counter and asked if it was possible to add a different syrup or lemonade to our drinks. We were met with attitude and a face of disgust from this worker and said we'll remake them. Which I never meant for them to do and didn't want to cause any trouble. As she was walking away she decided to mock me with her coworkers making sure she made faces and chat while dealing with my drink. I ended up not drinking out of the fear of her anger and quietly left!

Every time I go to ebar Jessica helps me and I get a tall vanilla latte with oat milk and I always pays less than five dollars I came in the other day and someone else helped me and the price was completely different It was more expensive. Come to find out she hasn't been charging me for the syrup the shot or alternative milk so I was completely caught off guard. I don't know if she needs to be re trained or what but for that I'm giving this place a one star because it's misleading

I always stop by when I'm in the shopping plaza for either a tea, coffee, or smoothie. You can't go wrong with either one. Prices are very reasonable for the quality received. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The service has been amazing on every one of my visits!

Nordstrom Ebar makes a delicious Lavender Chai Latte, I've had it here and at their San Francisco Westfield Center location and it's consistently delicious! Highly recommend if you're looking for a drink recommendation. I also grabbed a coffee cake during my visit which was delish! Great place to grab a coffee and pastry while you're shopping at Broadway Plaza.
Terrible customer service with a very bad attitude. We walked in at 7:29 PM, 31 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't heat up a pastry for us because they said they need to cool off their oven which is unheard of. You can tell the shift leader girl was so eager to get out of there and refused to heat it for us. If we had walked in 10 or five minutes before closing, then I would understand, but over 30 minutes before closing time? Lazy employees. A very common trend since the pandemic.

Loved this restaurant in the Nordstrom store as it provided decent food without the hassle of leaving the store in search of food. Lots of choices for my wife as she likes vegetables and I got an meaty hamburger that was delicious.
