We weren't seated until 15 minutes later than reservation time (though there were empty tables). They said it was because the kitchen was running late. Our entrees came 30 min after ordered. When the bill came I asked the waiter if there was a deduction for the long wait time. He became argumentative and said we didn't ask for one and that we didn't complain about the food. We were not complaining- simply asking if a discount had been provided. His argumentative behavior was not helpful.

Let's start with the good. We were seated pretty quickly (we had a reservation). The waitress was nice. Next, this place is more family style. Pretty quiet on a Tuesday.Given that they serve family style dishes you would think that you get a decent amount of food for the price you pay per plate. We were a party of nine, but be prepared to pay at least $85+ for a family of four; not including any drinks or appetizers. We ordered about eight or nine dishes, but I won't sit here and review every single one since I did not taste them all.The fried rice was average. You pay $1 extra to add chicken and the give you about 5 or 6 little pieces; all on one side of the plate by the way.Next, we have the Crispy Honey Chicken. First off, I did not taste any Honey at all. This chicken did have a slight crisp, but it was slathered up in so much sauce that you had to eat fast to enjoy it. The flavor of the sauce reminded me of sweet and sour mixed with orange chicken sauce. It was not bad, but I just failed to get the Honey flavor. It was exactly the same situation with the Crispy Honey Shrimp. If you feel this way about one, I don't recommend you buy the other. The orange chicken had odd texture, so it did not taste very well with all of that sauce on it. The orange sauce itself tasted like they used all the orange zest that they could possibly find; it was sweet but quite bitter. Not my favorite version; wouldn't even make my top 10. I just think they drown all of their dishes in whatever sauce it comes with. I like a well-dressed dish, but the amount they put on was a bit much even for me.The warm Saké is definitely an acquired taste for sure. It smells like old beer and soy sauce, but taste like thick, bitter, warm medicine. Now for the kicker... we went there for a child's birthday and because we had 3 small children with us, we had to pay 20% gratuity. Oh and let me not forget to mention, about 10% tax on the gratuity. As I said before, our server was nice, but she forgot to bring out one of the drinks, all of our food was bought out by other servers and she cane to check on us all of about 3 times. Does that warrant a $53 tip? I think not.Overall, highly overpriced and not enough food. I don't think this is a place I will be visiting again unless it is chosen by someone for their special day. I will not be going back anytime soon, however, you are more than welcome to give them a try and tell me what you think.

Delicious food as usual with any PF Chang's, what set the bar so high would have to be our server Eric. He did an excellent job accommodating my wife's gluten intolerance. He was very well spoken and made our party of 4 feel very welcomed. Unfortunately we were so satisfied with our food we did not have room for any of the dessert options he recommended.Dietary restrictions: They have well identified gluten intolerant options on the menu

We had a great experience. P.f. Chang's was one of the few that took reservations for Mother's Day. We didn't have to wait long and the food came fast. We would definitely dine here again.

Food was absolutely terrible, & way too expensive. My husband & I got a little sick from the food as well. The waitress was very understanding & manger refunded whole meal. Just won't be going back there.

My chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. But the Kung Pao Chicken wasn’t. It wasn’t spicy enough barely had any spice. And was only enough for one person. The photo I took should speak for that. You can’t even tell it’s Kung Pao Chicken. Our waitress was fabulous. Made sure our waters were filled. We only had to wait 10 minutes to be seated.

Service was terrible and the management did not care when I spoke to them. They are very expensive as well.

While PF has been a nice staple for my family, things have changed. Service was great, the food was not. We ordered 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 alcohol beverages and 2 non alcoholic beverages. The entire meal lack flavor. No chili oil, vinegar was offered to increase the taste to even the egg drop soup.

Omg this place rocks! From the ambiance, the great service and on-point food... what's not to love?Drinks- lemon drop is my husband husbands go to, and he really enjoyed the tangy sweetness and balance of this cocktail. Great Bartender! Service- fast, efficient and very acknowledging.Food- it was served fast. We did come almost at closing, and it wasn't too busy. Not sure if this is the norm. Chicken wrap-seasoned and, tasteful Pork Ribs- fall off the brown sweetness and balanced with a good charSoup- I ordered Wonton, it was warm and the wonton was juicy Fried shrimp- spicy, crunchy and tons of umami Overall- clean, great place to celebrate bdays! (They give you something extra), and friendly&efficient staff

Loved the food and our server, Alexis, was wonderful! She was so friendly, professional, attentive and on top of things. She makes great recommendations - this is our second time having her as our server, and she is awesome.

Definitely, not worth it anymore. The food is super mediocre. Not the way it used to be. Our TABLE service was outstanding, but the hostesses were awful. We had reservations for 6:45. Arrived at 6:35. There were a ton of empty tables, yet a lot of people were standing to be seated at their designated times. Even with the people that were coming for earlier times than ours, there was a ton of empty tables! When our table was "finally" ready, it was filthy: food on the table and under, spilled drinks under the seats. The hostess must have been blind because she kept taking us there, until I pointed it out to her and asked for someone to clean up. Bottom line, won't be coming back.

The menu has been cut down to just the front and back of one laminated piece of paper - No more honey walnut prawns and food quality not as good as it once was (spicy green beans & lettuce wraps were just OK)

Usual good food but so few servers and kitchen help for lunch it took a long time to get our food (on a weekday). The order was half right but we didn't send it back. Staff was very friendly but inexperienced.

I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and the shrimp and chili peppers were not fresh. Casey the waiter was very personable and trying to do the best he could. It wasn't busy but short staffed and took a long time for my drink because the bartender went on break and had to wait for her to return. I really like PF Changs, but was disappointed with the quality of food. I'll try another PF Changs in another city.
