I got the Big Star sandwich. The chicken was pretty good, but the bun was lacking. Not much flavor and had a mealy texture. It fell apart as I ate the sandwich creating an annoying mess.

Fried Chicken is pretty good. Gluten free is a plus. Fries are soggy as hell. Kale cold slaw is good but only I eat it. No one else in the family. They need a no fries, no slaw option. Got a salad once, only fair.

I can't believe this place is a fast food restaurant. The chicken is amazing all soft and moist. I love the salads... basically you have chicken for each bite yum! My fiancée is a chicken whore and this is his fave place. You know a place is good when you can order form Uber eats and it comes the same way that it would if you walked in and picked up. Definitely a 5/5!

I will preface that I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN!!! So I knew I would love Starbird. Ordering is easy. There are 2 kiosks as you enter and 2 registers where you can order in person. Doesn't matter which one you go to, your order will be added in the queue. Several sandwich choices, salad choices or nuggets. We ordered: - Big Star sandwich and fries: So crispy and not greasy. My son loved it. - Mandarin Orange Chicken salad: Huge salad. Next time I will order this without the orange glaze over the chicken. Way too many strong flavors. I almost needed rice. The dressing and the sauce were fighting over each other. Service is quick. The restaurant was clean.

This was a cool place to checkout since there were so many options from wings, sandwiches, tenders to salads. I would rather go to wingstop for wings but the flavors were different so it was fun to try. Their sauces are really delicious and I would go back to try the salads. Those looked so refreshing and they were huge! The lemonades were ok - I personally wouldn't order beverages there but the food was super good!

Probably the best chicken sandwich outside of Chick-Fil-A. Their Starbird 2.0 has a lot going for it. It a courements, especially the rainbow slaw and the avocados, just clicks and is yummy. And the chicken itself maintains its crispiness despite the moist co-stars in the sandwich. The french fries that comes along with meal is okay and proper, but yet again another bonus with Starbird Chicken is its sauces, namely Truffle Aioli. I just can't get enough of it! It works perfectly with the fries and on the sandwich itself. Love their own brand sodas and it ambiance is fast casual chic.

On my second visit to Starbird, I decided to try the Nashville Hot Tender Box, which I liked even better than the sandwich! The chicken tender boxes are basically a well-rounded meal - you get 4 large tenders, a mound of crispy fries, and a cup of kale slaw (plus sauce and pickles). The chicken tenders were incredibly flavorful, and the texture was spot on - crispy on the outside, tender and juicy chicken in the inside. The kale slaw was sweet, creamy, and refreshing, and it made me feel better about myself after eating loads of fried food. The fries are excellent; however, I ordered 4 meals and only received 4 small cups of fry sauce (each meal is supposed to come with 2 sauces).I appreciate how Starbird tastes higher quality than the meals from other fast-casual fried chicken chains. I'll be back again soon to try other flavors and menu items.

My boyfriend and I were craving chicken and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken chop salad with crispy chicken and the salad was awesome! (: loved how refreshing the chili lime vinaigrette was. It was tangy and sweet. The chicken was seasoned really well, and the overall proportions from the toppings to the salad was great. Definitely would order again.My boyfriend decided to order the truffle bird sandwich. He liked it, rated a 3.5/5.Also ordered the lil' tender box to share and again, the tender was seasoned well. Fries were lightly salted which I enjoyed and the star sauce was fantastic. Wish I had more of it (:Overall, a really great takeout experience, definitely would order from here again and will try something different! (:

I love starbird... today I got the Thai Chicken Salad and it came with something a little extra.... check your salads before biting in I guess
Always seen this place on DoorDash finally decided to order. I'm bummed!!! Chicken was raw n i tried to eat around the others that were cooked since DD had a long delivery time but couldn't do it. I felt icky after eating. Only reason it's not 1 star or a 3 star is because i didn't actually experience their service first hand to give a fair rating but i don't intend ordering here again unfortunately

There's a lot of good options here. IMO though -- you'll get the most bang for your buck, albeit the most bang altogether, from the Nashville Hot Fries (Only $6!!). Those alone get me a huge stiffy as I love the creamy white sauce dribbling down my lips. They're also just big, cheap, and really filling. I also say that Sweet Thai is the best flavor if you're looking for chicken. I almost always order a couple individual Sweet Thai tenders with the Nashville Hot Fries. I will say though that they can be inconsistent. Sometimes the tenders I get are massive and girthy, but other times, they're chode-sized. (The Fries are always consistently great though) (Pro Tip: if you don't wanna tip and don't wanna feel bad for not tipping, just order from the kiosk stations! Although if I see that one guy that looks like big chungus then I order from him and give him my fat tip.) EDIT: Upgrading this to a 5 Star Review because I got this huge Thai Chicken Salad that was absolutely wondrous. Only 12 bucks. Sooo sooooo good!!

Starbird is that one friend you invite out to a girls night dinner but then she brings her boyfriend and you end up leaving early. Starbirds chicken was good for the first five minutes but it's decline came fast and came hard. My mother adores this place for their salads which I'm not much of a fan of no offense, they all seem like similar renditions of EACHOTHER and are very sweet. I also came in here and they took a millennium with my order by the time I came out of the restaurant I was begging to go grey. I do appreciate food service so I'll still give you four stars because three is utterly to low in this economy and inflation is really getting to me.
