OK, it was a Sunday afternoon. The place is busy ... Overheard it they were 11 minutes behind.But then the food prep person sneezes a bunch of times and goes right back to food prep... No passing GO or the wash station.Waiting and waiting as a dozen items are prepped and held behind the counter for over 5 minutes and then brought out en masse. My order still not out... Oh checked in with the food prep associate again and lo and behold, they found my order sitting on the counter. ... Lost the tag I guess ... Said oh here is an egg bite--it should be yours. Mine and quite cold by then...Need a bit of management oversight please ...P. S. Safeway in the same shopping center has a Starbucks. No line, and clearly run professionally.

I will delete this review if acknowledged by management. This is the only starbucks that I've ever been to that puts a single-use plastic coffee stir stick on every single cup of coffee ordered. Why? This seems incredibly wasteful. Can we please stop this practice? For a year or more, I've had great service here, but I think there may be a new barista not correcting reading orders. Eg. a two pump drink tastes full strength. As a diabetic, I rely on what I order to be correct so that I can give the appropriate amount of insulin. Thanks for listening.

I came in when it was busy. I had my one year old on my hip and jimmy brought my drink to where I was sitting instead of the normal "ready" spot. Thank you Jimmy!!

I don't understand the 1 star reviews this Starbucks location has. Like, are you really so mad about beautiful fountains, tiny waterfalls, spacious outdoor seating and a wooden bridge you have to walk or roll over to get to the front door? That alone deserves five stars, the coffee is just a bonus.

Really pretty Starbucks with waterfalls in the pond and a bridge to get to the entrance. Nice patio seating - indoor seating wasn’t available when I was there. The nitro cold brew was not my favorite. I enjoy their pre made snack boxes!

They have bags of used coffee grounds, presumably for people to take for their garden. I love the round building, it's very unique. They have very limited seating inside and no outlets on the outside as far as I'm aware, so this is probably not the place to do your work. Great place for a hangout though because the water fountain drowns out the sound of traffic. This is my favourite Starbucks to go to when I just want to hang out somewhere.
