Got a chicken Banh Mi sandwich. It was terrible, small, and $16 before tax. Chicken taste frozen and bland. Bread was stale and hard. I will never ever go back to this place again. Don’t recommend it to anybody. Basically ruined my night.

This place gets popping on the weekends! We came for some great Vietnamese food and definitely got that and then some! There was parties of people coming in and the place got very lively! The food here is great, Service was great and the energy was wonderful!
Service is excellent, Aria took care of us, she was awsome,bartender is awsome too even though he's a L.A.Rams fan in 9er territory....

Unique dishes, jumbo prawns with garlic noodles were little too salty for my taste but it was delicious. The Ahi tuna was fantastic, nicely presented, atmosphere is very cozy and nice. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The price is little bit high but it was worth it.

Finally tried this place after working in Walnut Creek for five years and wish I came sooner! The ingredients are FRESH, the flavors mesh well together- the Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly and marinated well. The fish sauce has a tang that leaves an impression. The decor lifts your whole experience- great for date night, dinner with friends, or even taking yourself on a date here as they have a full bar with seating. Staff was super friendly too! Will definitely be going back.. highly recommend!

This is one of my fav places to eat... and it's close by in downtown WC. Both locations (also in Berkeley) are ridiculously delicious. The owners are such great people too, and always welcome you in. The wings are superb. The sauce and crispness of the batter is divine. The garlic noodles... OMG delicioso. The spring rolls.. heaven sent. Can't recommend them enough!

Vanessas has been in Walnut Creek for years so we decided to return and try a few dishes while shopping one afternoon. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating now with a covered area outdoors which was quite pleasant. We had a couple of glasses of wine as well as their Lemongrass Chicken. If I closed my eyes, this dish could have easily been mistaken for a curry dish - nonetheless, it was delicious. Also got the salt and pepper shrimp which was great. It had a good crunch to it and the peppers and onions made it tasty. The second time we ordered the spring rolls (in addition to everything else ordered before)which were hot and very crispy. A good place to stop in Walnut Creek if you are shopping or would like a casual lunch.

Attended a private event at Vanessa's Bisteo 2, and I loved the ambience! Service was excellent, and appetizers and drinks were fabulous. The space inside is intimate, and there is also seating available outside.

Family run, great ambiance & super convenient location- also a late night happy hour at 9 pm! We walked right over after a show at Lesher. Service was really on point- checked on us often, friendly. We ordered ClayPot rice, calamari, chicken wings, garlic noodles w beef, tofu & string beans, chicken coconut curry- everything was tasty ( even approved by 3 picky SE Asians in our party). Drinks were good although we didn't get to try the fancier cocktails ( gotta get home early) This is our second time here- will definitely return again.
