came in half an hour after opening, barely got my order out before the cashier yelled “i can’t make that at the moment!” i had to ask what else they couldn’t make. not a good look.

I’ve been a costumer of vitality bowls for over 5 years and just recently I started having issues with the sizes of the portions. The bowls used to come completely full but now it’s the second time I order a large bowl and it comes only half way full. The first time that it happened I noticed when I got to my car so I went back to the store to complain and they said they’ve been told to reduce the sizes but ended up giving me another bowl. This time I only noticed when I got home and I’m SO disappointed cause if I’m paying for a full size bowl I want it to be full.

Very disappointing. Placed an order and advised chicken was frozen not available. Advised they may have steak. As the two salad orders are being made, we were advised they only have enough lettuce for 1. I ask for a refund on one salad. When I get my salad, there is NO lettuce. I wasted money on something I did not get. I wanted greens. No sunflower seeds. The order was quinoa, greasy steak, and cucumber. I was at my car by the time I reliezed I did not get what I order. I am a member too. I should have been completely refunded.

I really enjoy Vitality Bowls as a place to eat. It has some of the best food at good prices. My review is about the app. I placed an order on the app and it was confirmed. I got to the store and it was completely closed. There was no notice on the door. I called the customer service number and no one was available. There was no feature in the app to allow me to make a claim about the order. I just wanted to share my experience.

Gray atmosphere set to the hum of refrigeration. Staff is often in the back at length, leaving you to wait at the front. Even a small order seems to take an eternity. I had to cancel my smoothie after waiting 20 minutes then grabbed a premade brownie and it was dry and terrible. I’m not sure how it stays in business.

Ordered a super grains whatever bowl for lunch via doordash. Was super excited to try some healthy food but unfortunately the bowl only had salad in it. I counted exactly 3 small pieces of potato and 3 small pieces of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous! Paying such a price for getting almost nothing in return. The bowl mentioned grains but i saw less than minimal grains in it.Absolutely ridiculous!

STAY AWAY! 3 people in the empty restaurant, we all waited over 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked why the wait, and he forgot about me, and THEN made the order. But he didn’t make the other customers orders either, so we all have no idea what he was doing. It is almost fascinating at how bad this place is.

We’ve been going here for well over a year and I think this will be our last time. I love vitality bowls but this location is awful. I’ve given it chance after chance, but for how expensive it is, it’s just not worth it. The workers are disrespectful and rude, it’s incredibly slow and the quality is not what it should be. Today we ordered ahead online because we were in a hurry and still waited 30 minutes when we got there. My bowl was only half full and completely melted. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called to place a order the lady on the phone is nice & polite I got there the restaurant is clean my wife just had a 8hr surgery and wanted a acai Bowl so I found the closest place wich was this place she loved it!!! She got the vitality Bowl I had a few bites and it was fresh fruit we WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK !!!!!!

Placed an order here the other day. I typically go to the Pleasant Hill location, but unfortunately they don't offer delivery. I ordered a kids' bowl and chimichurri steak and potato bowl and what arrived horrified me. 1) I did not receive the kids' bowl at all. 2) The chimichurri steak and potato bowl arrived 1/3 full with pink and red pieces of steak in it! This is my go to order and I've never seen my food (well, the partial order I did receive) look like this. Reached out to management, Ryan, for a refund and heard nothing. I can't recommend this location.

I'm disappointed in the Nutty Bowl!!!!! It tasted like a watery, acai bowl with no banana nor peanut butter. I get this bowl to taste the peanut butter. I did enjoy the grilled cheese. It was lunch time when I came in but it was DEAD especially for it to be in a downtown locations I feel like the quality of this location overall is trash and it shows. I want to give props to Lali and Francisco for reassuring me that everything was made to standard and for their sweet service. But overall, I will not be coming back because their bowls suckkkkkk

We went in Sunday 2/26 at 7:20pm. There were two other customers waiting in line. The worker was no where to be found. Concerned for the employees well being, I even stuck my head into the back to say "hello" on two separate occasions. After no response, we called the store. No response again. We finally left at 7:30pm. As we were down the block, the other customer came outside and yelled for us to come back as the worker appeared. We didn't end up leaving with our to-go order until 7:50pm. What a mess. I'll opt for the Pleasant Hill location next time.

Place had messes and food on surfaces. The employee eventually stood up from their phone to walk to the front to take my order. Unmotivated and did not smile once. Not sure what her story is but I hope things get better for her

I was so excited to stop here and get a yummy açaí bowl, but I’m disappointed I did. I was the only person in the store so I figured it would be quick. I waited nearly 20 minutes to receive one açaí bowl, with no other competing orders and plenty of helping hands. There were at least 3 employees for orders, and the owner and manager were there as well to shoot promo videos and photos. What was frustrating is I was sitting there waiting for my açaí bowl, while everyone stood around and watched the photo shoot rather than helping the only paying customer at the time. I even said something when I finally did get my bowl and the manager apologized and stated the gal creating the bowls had gotten pulled to do something for the photo shoot. With both the manager and owner there, you would have thought priorities would have gone towards the paying customer. I definitely won’t be returning because not only did I wait an exceptionally long time but the flavor was bland and disappointing. Overall an extremely negative experience and I wouldn’t recommend!
