Got incorrect order, I attempted to contact them regarding the issues however, never got a reply, even after multiple attempts of reaching them via text, ph call or email. It’s been 5 days now and still no correspondence.

The food is good. It's not the most amazing thing, but it's healthier than take out and tastes like a home cooked meal. This business recently had a 2 week hiatus for renovations, which is great, but I'm sure it wasn't a decision they made overnight. Definitely should have given more than a 36 hour advance notice of the situation. Upon returning, they delivered meals that I did not order (order #01762) and ghosted me when I requested a partial refund. I tried to contact them through every listed method over the past week and still haven't heard a word. I'm pretty sure they blocked my number as my calls just don't go through either. It's simple math, you refund $20-30 for the meals I did not order, and I continue to use your service at around $80 a week for the foreseeable future like I've been for the past several months now.

Update: I take it back. The smell of the food is the same regardless of what the food is. A very pungent smell. I could not eat it (insert barf emoji) Super disappointed - not a food quality issue but rather a service issue and no, I am not a bot. I have receipts. Ordered for the first time and they delivered on Sunday - no problem. It was not delivered in an ice bag but rather a paper bag so if you will not be home all day sunday (they dont give you a delivery window) then your food could spoil. Thankfully once I got the text we headed back to put things in the fridge. I ordered hambagu, ground pork and curry and instead I recevied the hambagu, ground pork and salmon. I notified them over text and IG (where I first made contact with them) and no response. What they did instead was block me from their page. WHATT?!?! Instead of trying to reach out and correct the issue with either crediting me or refunding me they blocked me. I dont think my 10 year old would even be that immature. Oh well. The ground pork was OK - smelled pretty strong but with lots of chili flakes it was pretty good so I would have ordered again if they had properly dealt with the original complaint of delivering the wrong food.

My go-to meal delivery service are typically local or small business services and wanted to try asian foods for a change! but was a bit disappointed on the delivery. long story short, food looked really tasty! but i had to throw it all away :( the shipping methods of delivering was with a brown paper bag and i thought there'd be some ice packs inside? but there was none and it made me uneasy knowing the food was sitting there for a bit as i had a family emergency and wasn't able to get to the food it in time. they do text you when they deliver the food which is helpful! but if you have something to do that delivery date, then you may want to opt for a different delivery date or maybe they can offer ice packs for a bit extra? id pay for that just to make my delivery days a bit more flexible for myself. i'll probably try them one more time if they have a sale but just a bit disappointed i wasn't able to try the food :'(

Received my first order from Asian Fit Meals this past Sunday and EVERYTHING was delicious and well packed! I went big and ordered 12 meals - Braised Drumsticks, Japanese Curry Hamburger Steak, Salmon Kimchi Fried Rice, and Teriyaki Chicken - and all the meals were super delicious and filling! Only room for improvement would be adding the full nutritional profile for each meal on their website, not just the macros, and an email or text the day before delivery to let you know the time frame for when your order is expected to be delivered. I will definitely be ordering from Asian Fit Meals again!!

Was pretty excited to try this service. I want to mimic other reviewers in that the veggie servings are almost non existent. I got like 4 tiny sliced piece of celery that don't even amount to half a stick. Quite literally it was just a garnish. Heating instructions for the minced pork are off. Egg exploded and the meat was still frozen at the bottom. A bulk protein order should be an option. Paying extra for rice and almost no veggies isnt economical for everyone. I'd rather just make that on my own. The minced pork is pretty good though even if my egg got destroyed. Overall I think this business has alot to learn from mealsdotkom. Prices are similar but MDK has better ordering options. The food also comes insulated with a freezer pack and their heating instructions are usually spot on. Don't think I'll be ordering again unless bulk protein is an option.

I ordered few weeks ago and would like to say that I enjoyed all three meals - braised chicken legs, minced pork and curry chicken. However, the 2/3 curry chicken dish was full of bones and basically had no meat. Not crazy upset about it just thought you guys should know as a small business. This then brings me to question whether or not the macro nutrients provided are even correct... No way I ate 40+ grams of protein, with just chicken bone.. haha Edit: I get that it may add umami flavor, but I'm not understating that 2/3 of them had small chicken bits and mostly bone. Thanks for letting me know about chicken breast alternative!

They are great, freshly made asian food on the day of delivery, all the other big name brand services always tastes processed and preserved.

I was excited to try this meal delivery service, but was discouraged when I received my order. The food was not on ice, or hot as if it was just made. It was room temp. I was home and brought it in immediately. I read a similar review below that stated the food was delivered without ice. I agree with the previous poster saying it's alarming that the food is not on ice. I texted them asking when the food was prepared since it was not cold or hot and I want to be sure it's safe to eat. They replied- "freeze the food if you can't finish it all" -well of course I can't finish it all- it's food for the whole week! All I wanted to know is if it's safe to eat or not. I'm really sad because it looks like great food.

Don't bother ordering from this location. This is how the food was delivered to my house. When i opened the door i noticed there was no ice or anything to keep the meal preps from going bad. I tried calling the location to get a full refund and they only offered me a 15% discount on another future order. I offered to drop off the spoiled food in person in order to get a refund but I was told they don't do any refunds on food items. So think twice before ordering from this location. I've been ordering from "Freshly" and wanted to try another food service and was disappointed. As a small business, they should at least figure out a way to keep food cold for future customers. Customers are not going to be home 24/7 ready to pick up food outside on the dot.

After COVID, time to get rid of the muffin-top and love rolls from all that delivery and tv-dinners. I was really looking into meal plans for my daily needs. I have tried HelloFresh and SunFare. But the variety and choice for my needs were not enough. In other words, I need that soy and that wok. Just want simple, but tasty enough to satisfy my Chinese-Taiwanese needs. Food is absolutely tasty and not salty. The absence of cooking wine (at least I can't taste it) makes these meals healthy and ready. Oiliness is at a minimum, so these meals are definitely cooked at high heat and cooled before packaging. Portions are perfect. And delivered every Sunday :). I'll definitely ask for a different vegetable next time, because broccoli for five days is gonna be boring.

They sent my food to the wrong address and treated me like straight crapp. I will never forget that experience and it was my time time placing and order waiting a week and then going that trauma for food I paid for. Wost experience ever. Won't order blind off of Facebook ads again.

Tried this place out and they're pretty good. 4 stars because good customer service and maybe they're still working stuff out? Meal had really little veggies and it was the same for all 3 of the dishes I ordered, boiled cabbage and broccoli which as much as I don't mind, doesn't go with every meal. It also kind of sucks that with a 9 meal pack you can only order 3 types of meals and with 12 you can order 4. Most other places I can choose much more of a variety.

Food tasted amazing! Delivered fresh on Sunday. It was hard just to pick two items because they all look so good. Highly recommend you try it out. Portion was filling and healthy :)
