I assume lots of highly rated reviews are all out-dated, maybe they used to be good value, but now I don't see any person here even at peak hour and they totally deserve it. ?

The sign on the 10 yuan lunch special at the door is misleading: there is actually only one special price, taxes and fees are not included, cash only is accepted, extra money is required for swiping credit cards, etc. They don’t mention that they wait until you go in to order, and they tell you like they will squeeze out toothpaste. . Why bother? Because I felt that I had been fooled, the service and the atmosphere were so bad, I asked for a refund. I was told at first that I couldn’t get a refund, and I didn’t know how to operate the machine. Then they told me that they could refund me cash, but since I swiped my card, “tax” had to be deducted. Where did the tax come from as I didn’t actually spend money? ? But I was too lazy to argue with them and let them deduct the "tax" and leave with the money. I haven't tried the food so I can't give it five stars. The service and atmosphere can only give one star. Hope lessons are learned and written clearly like other restaurants next time.

I walked in, 1:00pm place looks barely lit.The staff was talking in the back, not knowing a customer comes in due to no door bell besides a ringer on desk.Food selection menu was not confusing. I always try the popcorn chicken dish of Asian restaurants.Popcorn chicken rice is enough for 13.99. I paid with my visa no charge.I told her non spicy on the chicken. I forgot to confirm if the white cabbage is spicy.Meh it was not spicy enough to inedible, so I let it slide.The things I’d like to see improvement:- some kind of door bell on the door that notifies the customer.- pull out seats for customer before hand. It was awkward a bit if a woman has to pull out the chair from a stacked bunch.- drink option can improve a bit. The drink in the fridge does not entice me enough to order them with my popcorn chicken.- plain tea or water dispenserNot sure the set up is due to Covid or not.But overall, the food is good. The portion is enough for single guy as an in between lunch.I’d come back if I am around

Wings!!!! Wings wings wings!!!!! I have been looking for a place that makes wings the way I like them and this place just got it down to perfection! I like my wings crispy and well done and packed with flavor...and they (as the youngsters would say) "understood the assignment". Their popcorn chicken, fried rice, and the sides (noodles, veggie and rice) that comes with some of the dishes are "fire". The best thing about this place is the customer service. The owner is the SWEETEST, most GENEROUS person ever! She is so humble and kind. Treats us like family every time we come in. Please help support their small business because they really do care about their customers and the food is actually really good!

Worst experience ever. The beef stew was okay. But portion was way too small for the price. And popcorn chicken does not taste salty at all. First and last time

OMG this is the worst restaurant i've ever been in. The service was horrible and food is nasty. we ordered beef stew rice, the portion was small and pricy. the beef stew itself was just ok but the side dishes tasted horrible, not sure how anyone would put ginger in Tomato with Egg dish. they dont even have free ice water, we had to pay for it. then comes the popcorn chicken, we only tasted the spicy powder on the outside and its almost flavorless. lastly the service was as bad as the food, i sneezed once only to be questioned by the store manager if i was sick or not. overall if i can put ZERO STARS i would have.
