First time trying dry ramen and it actually so is so good, way different than the regular broth. And the waitress is so nice and friendly.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday and was seated right away. The waitress was so sweet and even though she was alone, always had a smile and gave amazing service. Got the classic noodle (spicy), which also comes with rice at the end to mix the rest of the sauce. The noodles are so bouncy, chewy, and soaked up the amazing flavor of the sauce. It also had a good kick to it since I got it spicy. So happy to have found an amazing spot to eat near home!

Food: The mazesoba has a good noodle texture with a nice chew, though the overall flavor of the dish is average. The chashu bun was also decently good. Service: Staff members are notably attentive, friendly, and conversational! Ambiance: The small restaurant is small and fairly clean

I ordered a champion mazesoba with extra chashu and poached egg to share with friends. The portion was generous and definitely enough for 2 people to share. They also give you a small bowl rice so you can mix it with the sauce afterward. As for the taste, I've definitely had better, so I'm not sure if it's worth driving out of the way for this. However, if you're nearby, definitely do check them out. Parking was difficult during a weekday lunch time (~11am), so expect to circle a bit and park further away.

LOVED IT! Visited interested in the new ramen concept with no expectations. The noodles were sooo chewy and had a nice texture. my party ordered: The Ocean, Champion and Supreme and I think I like Champion the best. The price is a few dollars higher but all in all I think it's a nice meal. Would come back again!

I haven't been in this place in 2ish years but I'm so glad I gave it a try again. I got the champion mazesoba but I think I prefer the crown mazesoba with rice! Im generally not a big fan of noodles so when I come back I'll order rice bowl. The place is clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and quick with their service. Definitely will come back!

Mazesoba Hero filled my craving for good mazemen! Service was great, super attentive. The restaurant was clean, bright, and simply decorated. Parking in the plaza can be tight as the plaza is busy. I got the Champion spicy. The chashu had great flavor, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the noodles had great texture. The food could be warmer but it didn't stop it from being one of the best bowls of mazemen I've had (not too salty and very rich in umami). Really enjoyed the spiced oil and vinegar provided on the side.

the ramen broth has no flavor, the menu is difficult to understand on one brain-cell and the chasu has no flavor and very dry. The noodles arent good either. Spent around $20 after tax+tip. Not a good value, not good taste, not satisfied. I would not come back to this establishment. Restaurant itself is clean and inviting, the service is friendly but the ramen was not good. I wanted to walk out.

Amazing food! The service is impeccable and always reliable. I love how quick they are with taking your order and bringing the food out as well. The servers are checking in with everyone as well to make sure that everyone is satisfied. Highly recommend!!

Been wanting to try this place ever since I started playing Yakuza 5. Originating from Nagoya, Japan, mazesoba is a unique addition to the cuisine of the San Gabriel Valley. I recommend you give it a try. Much better than the Yakisoba options in the area. It kind of reminds me of the Filipino palabok. The pork options are more balanced. The chicken karaage option comes with corn and lemon, and is much sweeter. Spicy is not that spicy, but still good.

So good and definitely worth the trip! The service is nice and the whole restaurant has a cozy vibe to it. Came here with my boyfriend and the food is soooo good!

I got Crown mazesoba this time and it was more expensive but it was really good. The crab stick was a great addition and the shrimp tempura was soo yummy. I also shared the karaage with friends and it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was so creamy and good. The employees are always so nice and accommodating. I love this place because the interior is nice and its a great place to catch up with friends.

I like the food here. The portion is just about enough I think. Also the chicken karaage was good. The pieces are big. Waitress was very quick and great service overall.

The pictures will never serve the flavors and texture of the meals justice. I'll try my best. Noodles: they were not soft a little al dente and it was chewy goodness. Think of udon noodles texture but a little harder. The sauce the mix the everything were so good big portions and enough to make anyone full. In addition, the rice at the end was a good touch. The crown karage was so big and so good. Juicy and definitely not all batter. You actually get good sized chicken. I regret the addition karage we got as a side, but overall still good. The server was nice and filled my water multiple times and provided ice as requested. These little things just makes my experience more appreciated that the customer care is there. The place is a little small but there were a group of 6 that seemed to be sitting comfortably. Overall we will be back

Wow, perfectly delivered and presented. Too bad it is so salty. I couldn't even finish it. I think the salt really came from the seaweed and they really shouldn't add any more salt to the pork or the noodles or anything else. I would imagine the salt comes from the seaweed, the seasoned meat, the umami, maybe even the noodles that likely had some salt in it, while being made. Maybe a suggestion could be to increase the amount of noodles or decrease the amount of salted condiments, i.e seaweed to help balance the flavor profile. Even adding red ginger could cut the salty feeling. The noodles were cooked perfectly firm, but not too firm. The egg was poached super delicately. Everything was just spot on. If it were not for the salt level, would be a five star event!
