Not only do they not have anything at night or sometimes even close. I was assaulted at the drive thru and instead of them being cooperative with cops they are demanding a search warrant. I was beat by a male and female. I don’t understand who would bring their business to a company who doesn’t care about their customers.This place is nothing but a POS.

I was helped by esme as soon as I walked in she greeted me has amazing customer service. She also confirmed my order by reading it back to me .she also made sure to put my order in separate bag as I requested.

Whatever you do, do NOT order their boba drinks. They’re not even soft and squishy like they’re supposed to be, I received my drink only to taste hard rocks. It really turned me down since I’m a boba lover at heart.

The coupons and/or online app can not be used unless you do it online prepaid only. But if there's an arrogant does not matter they cannot honor anything to do with what pricing you've had or rewards you've had. They are extremely understaffed and slow and there is no hospitality in any way. The food is always cooked great but pricing keeps getting more and more outrageous and honestly the rewards proven does not offer very much

They never answer when I pull up to the speaker at night. Last time I went they took over 5 minutes to answer at all to take my order. They also took over 10 minutes to give me my food. You would think they take long because they are making things fresh but when I got my food it was raw. I ordered a Chiken burger. I went around 7- 7:30 on 9/26

Everytime i go there the service just completely sucks.. especially late night hours.. they expect you to have exact amout.. you cant use your card. And they do one car at a time... it really sucks.. and they never have everything. Theyr always missing
