I have no idea how the food would have been. I stood at the register for several minutes and wasn't helped. Two different people came and stood in front of me and continued to talk to drive-thru, never acknowledging me.

Food is horrible I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock and they were trying not to take the San which back and refund us. And the workers are rude. Every fast food place in Waterford is horrible

When I placed a mobile order at 6:15am and I arrive at 6:30, do not tell me that you don't open til 7. Google and Yelp says 6am. Luckily, they gave my food after I said, "then give me a refund". However, it shouldn't have gotten to that. Secondly, the manage is rude... "I'm the manager and I say No." that's not customer service, that's just being super rude and showing your customer service skills. How are you manager? Then Ya'll forget the mozz sticks on a different order.... Shame shame shame.

Everything is good but they do not serve or give you napkins. I bought food drive through and I didn't check the bag, when see there was no napkins in the food bag.

Yeah - I'm going there. I know it's Burger King and I know nobody is going to make a dining decision on Yelp for Burger King / but I'm doing it anyway. This place has been here for about three years and has been terrible for all three of them. Service is bad, drive thru is bad. Pro tip - don't accidentally order on the app from this restaurant when you meant to order from a different one - thinking normally, you figure you can just pick up the order the next day - it doesn't work that way. You get nothing. Just bad service by apathetic staff.

Was short changed at drive up window. GOT NO CHANGE. Window shut immediately and had to honk for "assistance." Different person opened window. She asked person who gave me my receipt and THAT PERSON INSISTED SHE GAVE ME CHANGE. All I got was receipt!!! Tried calling for manager when I got home, but no one answered the phone!!!!!!

Service was terrible the young workers acted like they didnt want to take our order no personality and didnt believe in there own product offered no help on what to pick. The food was old and cold and my young daughter felt sick aftet eating the food and we ended up throwing it away. Ate inside where one of the employees friends hung out glaring at us sitting on tables being rude wont be going back!!!!
