I hardly know how to begin with this review of my last 3 orders.!! I will no longer be doing business with Waterford’s Mountain Mikes. The quality of the food is subpar to say the least. Skimpy toppings, over cooked to the point of almost burned and accuracy of order to name a few.! Don’t even get me started on their delivery service.! When I pay for food and service I would expect any business to provide great food and service. That is not the case at this establishment. On the last three orders delivery times were horrible. 1 1/2 hrs after promised time on the first 2 orders and the last straw was last night. 45 min late and I spent almost $49.78 plus a gratuity for a 12 piece plain wings and a 12 piece sweet chile wings. I did not get any sweet chile wings (all plain) and they were barely warm. I am done with spending my hard earned money with this particular business. Buyer beware.

I have never received a Supreme pizza with so little topping. This is definitely not worth the money. Also tried using a fundraising card and it was denied. I have worked as a manager of a pizza place and would honor all fundraising.

Came on new years eve, and I was very impressed with their arcade. They had a pinball machine that was in great condition, claw machines, and racing games. The staff was quick and friendly to get their food out, and overall I was really impressed.

We really enjoy eating here at Mountain Mike's in Waterford! They have an amazing staff here, Audra and Lexi, that make you feel like family. I enjoy the pizza, salad, and drink special. They see to it that everything is fresh and inviting. This is the kinda service that's rarely shown today. I recommend eating here, thank you, ladies, and have a wonderful day.

Pizza was greasy, beer was flat service was good. Sang karaoke. On Tuesdays they have a little crowd that sings. Space isn't too big.

Ordered some pizza for my dad's birthday was very delicious they slightly messed it up they made the correct Pizza in the end and offered the messed up pizza for an added $5 if we wanted both totally worth it delicious.
Always end up ordering here because it’s one of the only pizza places, but after I get the pizza home, I have to bake it in the oven so it’s not raw almost every time. Today I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at the given time, the place was empty, and they were just starting to make it. I waited another 20 mins while the employees talked in the back, all to get home to dough that was still raw. For the price, it’s disappointing it’s not edible straight from the establishment.

The pizza has always been good, but the biggest issue with Mountain Mike's is the price. It just feels like you're not getting a fair deal when you purchase food here. Good pizza, but not worth what you pay for it. There are a lot of comparable competitors these days that do it just as good if not better for a more reasonable price tag. Crispy pepperoni is hardly a novelty item anymore.

Ordered a large double pepperoni and cheese on Sunday evening 1/2/23, no toppings at all around the last 3rd of the pizza, notice the piece on the bottom with no cheese or toppings…$32, premium prices for carelessly prepared pizza. I can pay less for better pizza and friendlier employees elsewhere.

This place had the best pizza crust I think I've ever had! Pizza was darn good too! Service was excellent and manager was a blast! I don't live in Waterford but will be back soon to enjoy the delicious pizza and very friendly staff.
