Always extra pickles, please. This location has the most amazing service. The staff stays cool, calm, and collected. Things to consider: They have a drive thru, order online, or in person, and I have never had a long wait.Rosa is my favorite. She always goes above and beyond with a smile. The place is always clean and organized. Thanks, team, for the consistency.

I wont go to subway ever again . They took away my favorite bread sourdough. They took away my favorite meat pastrami. Only have half the veggies they use to have. I will go to Togos.

They are very poorly organized, I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it did not appear in the system but they did charge it and when the employee told his manager what his response was to not make us the sandwich ? when they had already been paid for and after Two hours the employee was able to solve the problem better than his manager who did nothing to solve the problem.

The people serving September 24 @ 5:00pm you can tell they were very irritated with everyone the young lady was being rude she was rushing me to pay an I haven’t even ordered my second sandwich an they guy that was making my sandwich was putting two pieces of everything on my sandwich I had to keep asking for more an mine you it was foot long for both. So there were three pieces of turkey on my sandwich asked for more an then I was told it would be extra. Very little in ingredients…. I live her in Waterford I love subway but this subway is by far the worst one I really think it needs a new owner an new employees an train better… I just try to avoid this subway at all cost … it’s sad because Waterford doesn’t have many fast food options so you are limited…. It’s really frustrating to have to pay for something expensive an so little food it just not worth what you pay they skimp so much on the meat an vegetables

I got 5 pieces of salami on my sandwich that cost 10 dollars. You charged me 10 bucks for 5 pieces of salami 3 pieces of cheese and bread this is ridiculous maybe spend less on the remodel and more on ingredients. And I watch one of your workers making a sandwich with their phone on the counter then with their gloves on take it off the counter put it in their pocket and then go back to touching the sandwich same gloves. And if they are doing that in front of me what else is going on in the back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Customer service was great! The young man was friendly and quick at serving me. However, I have never been to a Subway that smelled bad. The sandwich was made with limited ingredients(probably orders of the owner), and the bread was stale. I took all but one bite; it did not taste fresh. And there was only one person working, the owner is also probably cutting back on hours and expecting the place to run smoothly ... (this is probably why the place looks/smells dirty). Very sad to see. I used to love going there, the quality was so much better when they were across the street next to the grocery store.

The last order I placed online they got wrong. I asked for double meat on 2 sandwiches, but didn't get it. It happens, and wasn't worth the drive back to get it fixed. I'll update this review if online order accuracy improves.

If you ask for double meat they will steal the extra money and not put extra meat, here's a pic of the 2 pieces of turkey they call a turkey sandwitch.If you go to any other subway they will put 3x the amount of turkey this subway gives you normally, avoid this one at all costs.

We go there once a week for a quick sandwich for dinner without much of an issue. Unfortunately, last night was the exception. We ordered (2) footlongs and (12) cookies. The bread was a bit stale and not correctly cut, more torn than cut, and was falling apart. Some of veggies were never actually in the sandwich but just thrown on it, as in some of the spinach was on top of the sandwich instead of in it. And last but never least, we were shorted (1) cookie. Plus we had to wait for close to 30 minutes in the drive thru. Probably will be changing our weekly habit and go somewhere else. We paid $32 for this and it just was not worth it.

To start off, I went through the drive thru which I notice when I do, there's always something wrong with them. If I go inside, I don't really have a problem. So the young man that greeted me let me know that it was going to be a little bit because they were making other sandwiches. No problem. I understand. I waited about 15 minutes. He did come tell me that he was almost done with them towards the end. I appreciated that. Just to go home and see that I had no avocado in my sandwich, there was cucumbers instead of pickles in the other sandwich, no sweet onion sauce as requested and the sandwiches were literally thrown together. Like even with the cucumbers, I didn't ask for them to begin with but they put 2 cucumbers on a foot long. Like really? I had already eaten mine with no avocado because I was starving but then for my husband to take a bite into his, I was just not ok. So I took the sandwich back down and told them it was wrong that I wanted another one. He young man asked me what was wrong with it. I told him there were no pickles, there was cucumbers which I didn't ask for and no sweet onion sauce and he told me it's because we are out of pickles. I was shocked. Ok so you put something green in the sandwich to make it look like pickles? Did you not think we were going to notice the look or the taste? Not to mention, what if we were allergic to cucumbers? Like seriously? I told him if you are out that's understandable but tell your customer that. Don't just put something of the same color in the sandwich and go about your day. That's not ok. So then he asked me if I ate the sandwich, I told him my husband took one bite out of it you can look at it yourself. He said I need to call my manager to make sure I can make another sandwich. I proceeded to wait. He then came back and said that's fine. We will make you another sandwich. I asked for a drink while I was there. I went to pour myself the vitamin water and it was a very light pink. I tasted it and could tell that it was out so I just poured me something different. I went to grab a lid and couldn't find one. I asked them if they had a lid and they said oh we're out. Ok I said. I also think your vitamin water is out and he said oh yeah we're out of that too. At that point I grabbed my sandwich and just left. It was before 8 when I originally went. I don't understand how your out of so much. Maybe you were busy. I get it but that's not an excuse for the inaccuracy do the sandwiches.

Now I know why no one was in line at lunchtime(12:30). 19$ (NINETEEN DOLLARS) for a foot long Turkey bacon avocado sandwich meal and they forgot the avocado. My bread was extremely stale and hard on the edges. Are they baking their bread daily??Kiosk Menu said $9 plus $3 for drink and chips. Oh yeah, their ice machine was down so my drink was like cool at best..This place will never make another dime off me..Good thing I was alone or it would have been $38 for a couple to have lunch... ??OWNER RESPONDED that they have menu items for all budgets.? That wasn't the point, a Turkey, Bacon and Avocado 12" sandwich meal at a price point of $19 will not make up for poor service and a sandwich that was made incorrectly on stale hard bread. It was not ordered or misunderstood by an employee, it was made wrong with old bread and missing the ?. That was the issue. That's why no one was in the drive thru or inside the restaurant. Not to mention the price difference between the kiosk and what was charged at the windowSometimes you only get one opportunity to get it right. I will not be back nor will I be downloading the app as suggested by the owner..?There is a grocery store across the street that makes better sandwiches for less than half the price...
