I want to share this as my husband and I are Big Fans of the food, the people and it is well worth the wait. Big portions, love the salsa as it taste like mom made it. We travel about 25 minutes from San Juan Bautista / Hollister area to go for breakfast or lunch. Sometimes there is a wait. You wont be dissapointed. Fresh made food ready to enjoy. I also love the lunch menu. The staff is always happy to see you. Take a drive to Corralitos, its not far from Aptos, or Wattsonvile and enjoy the drive and very small town appeal. Bring your appetite! I will update with photos next time. The French toast is one of my favorites.Kid-friendliness: They have portions for kids too.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have a ramp -no steps and seating for wheelchairs

The fish Taco was amazing and the service fantastic, which made up for the not so new atmosphere. That being said, there was nothing off putting about the atmosphere either. Definitely, we will be back.

Great food with friendly service! It's a small place with a small staff, so don't show up with a party of 10 and complain about the accomodations not meeting your needs.

We were on a trip, but lived in Watsonville at one time. We frequently went to Cadillac Cafe.It appears to be under new ownership. While traveling the day before, we had breakfast at a small Cafe in another town. My son ordered a hamburger patty and all of our food tasted like it was fried in hamburger grease... even the pancakes.Having breakfast at Cadillac Cafe was awesome! Service was awesome, food was awesome! So friendly! Just as we remembered!Looks like it might be undet new ownership and boy do they show pride in their business. We sat outside and it was clean, very very clean...Love this place! We will be back the next time visiting!Thank you!

The service here is the best I have ever had. Very attritive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cramped, it feels like you are sitting at your neighbors table having food with them. The food it adequate for a breakfast/lunch. It is standard American with a bit of Spanish flare. Very small parking. less than 10 cars of parking. Moderate wait time 15-20 minutes. There is a sign in sheet when you get there, party size, name, phone #. Note if you get the sausages there are about the size of a bratwurst and there are 3 of them.

Our server, after giving us a menu, apparently. forgot about us. Finally my friend got up to find her and asked her why our order hadn't been taken? She said she forgot because it's so busy. My friend said he thought it was an anomaly since he has gone several times.
