8 out of 10 times I visit this location they are putting the most dismal effort into either making my burrito bowl or my burrito. If they aren't putting in minimal effort they are often out of items to complete the bowl (Fajita veggies, rice, chicken, etc.) Today the gentlemen making my bowl had hair down to his shoulders to which he is blowing it out of his face. It was disgusting. Where is his hair net?? This is standard procedure in the food service industry. I should call the Santa Cruz County health inspector on this place. He asked the kitchen to bring him more rice and instead of waiting the additional 60 seconds to have new white rice delivered, he is scraping the poorest excuse for a scoop of rice I've ever seen. My $12 bowl had about $2 worth of ingredients. This place either needs a new owner or an audit from corporate. Go to Habit Burger across the way instead.

March 24, 2024 7:10 pmI had stopped going to the one in Santa Cruz because of its bad service, some ingredient was always needed and I waited for the one in Watsonville to be ready, at first it was very good but they started with their faults, today I came with the hope of not being disappointed because I like the flavor of the food but they are doing it wrong, most of the food pans were empty, they don't even fill the bowls anymore, they didn't even ask me if I wanted chips and since they didn't ask, I didn't ask either, very bad service, that's why business is booming, Instead of it always being full, it is always empty, I don't know if it's the owner's fault, the manager's fault, or the employees' fault, but it's a shame that they are working like this. It's scary to go out to eat on the street because, apart from being very expensive, very bad service. , I better stay and eat beans at my house ?

Employees always so rude when handing out your food. I rarely see them smile. Always give out stale chips

Also, experience, I shared with one of the employees here that I just love chipotle and have recently been coming here often! Employee paid for my meal and told me not to worry about it!! Now that is excellent customer service and I can’t remember his name darnit ????❤️✝️?-

Really skimpy on the food, they barely even fill the bowl halfways. Save your money go to a different Chipotle. Other Chipotles fill up the bowl all the way. $20 for half a bowl is a rip off.

Portions were super small. Ordered a small quesadilla. It literally had no cheese in it, and it was way over fried. Chips were super stale. All and all disappointed. The workers were nice though.

I have ordered here several times and have had issues multiple times. This last time was the final straw. I was rushed to get food, starving so I placed an order on the app for a burrito bowl, double protein and when I went to eat my food, found a piece of hair in it. Immediately threw the food away because I did not have time to go back to the restaurant and argue over the hair. When I tried to complain with their customer support, they said they would talk to the manager. Meanwhile I'm out what I paid and back at work starving. They can keep the money, but they lost a customer
