Super sweet lady but Went for a chonchita ice cream & they did not have those . Very small on the inside but if you’re walking by wouldn’t hurt to stop in.

The lady was kind and accommodating. She seemed to know everyone who came in and was just a warm soul. She gave a good amount of ice cream for the price we paid. It is cash only so be prepared. The ice cream was good. One of the better oreo flavored ice creams I have had.

Banana spilt was awesome. Unfortunately the owner speak Spanish and accept only cash. Bad sign. I believe that everyone should accept card and cash because it show they are legit

I love this place Conchita and her staff are so amazing friendly and helpful I've known the owner conchita for over 14 years and Martha one of her stuff since middle school they will treat you like family I give this place five stars and I would recommend this place if you are looking for some good ice cream and other delicious foods come to canchitas ice cream and bakery in watsonville

I just had the best Banana Split. It was awesome. This lady really knows how to put on the Ritz when it comes to Banana Splits.
the owner is very kind, and always has a smile on her face. The place is very clean ,and a great view in the main downtown plaza. It's a great place to hang out anytime of the day. My favorite ice cream is bubble gum on a waffle cone. I also recommend the milkshakes, and juice drinks.

Visiting from out of town and wanted something sweet after dinner. Happened upon this cute little family run ice cream shop. Conchita was welcoming from the second we walked in.. she gave us little samples and talked to us about where we are from. She was really sweet to us and even gave us some delicious local strawberries with our ice cream. Wonderful little local spot. Highly recommend. Go Conchita!!!!
