I absolutely love this place! It is super cute and has a lot of delicious options. I tried their turkey club sandwich which was amazing! The bacon was perfectly crispy and the sourdough bread was very good too. It is a nice place to work from and grab breakfast and/or lunch! I noticed it gets busy during lunch but I got there right before the rush. The service was amazing, it does take a bit to get your food from my experience but it wasn't too bad. I will definitely be going back to try more things on their menu!

I was so happy to find a healthy option in the Watsonville area, as I work in the region once a month. I had the taco salad- you really only need to use about 1/5 of the dressing provided, so I felt healthy even eating ranch. I would gladly pay a dollar or 2 more for a larger portion of chicken, avocado, and kidney beans on the salad & wish the to-go salad weren't served in plastic. I unfortunately don't have time to eat in. Maybe I'll bring my own container next time. They have 5 great sounding salads to choose from.

Had a great experience here! Wanted to come back this weekend to get coffee but it’s closed on the weekends. Bummer.

I really, really wanted to like this place.I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, a vanilla latte, and a chocolate chip cookie. The breakfast burrito was 70ish% egg, bacon, and 15ish% day old wrinkled overcooked starchy bread-like potatoes. It was highly unsatisfying. The vanilla latte tasted and smelled like burnt folgers coffee. I took it home in hopes of salvaging it and was unable to do so.*edit* I had folgers recently. It may have smelled like burnt folgers but it tasted even worse.*Considering the bio on their website, I thought the saving grace would be the cookie, and I was wrong. There wasn't anything necessarily WRONG with it, but there also wasn't much RIGHT about it. I hate to waste food, but I didn't finish it.It's unlikely I'll be back.

The best croissants around as far as I can tell. They make all the baked goods in-house and everything is good, but it's hard to make a good croissant. Yum

I Remember this little café from when it first open in Corralitos. They reopened in downtown Watsonville near the public library. Tried their tomato soup today and some of the ciabatta bread that goes with it was pleasantly surprised that it was so creamy and not oversalted like some tomato soup can be. Got their banana sunrise smoothie, which is one of my favorites still. The girls at the front that I ordered from were very sweet and helped me out when I got a little confused since I haven't been back for about two years. The inside is very cute and spacious would be a great place to study if you just finished a class at Cabrillo. Overall would definitely recommend.

I am so glad Craft Bakeshop is in business! This local establishment serves excellent food, pastries, and beverages but perhaps more important, the owner and staff are nice people! After I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle, they were so sympathetic and helpful. Being treated like a valued customer even when I was unable to purchase anything at the time because my keys, money, phone, etc. were inaccessible in my locked vehicle was the highlight of a difficult day. Such kindness in the face of adversity is, sadly, often hard to find. Craft Bakeshop, you are now my go-to place for a hot beverage and a bite to eat whenever I'm in your neighborhood!

Do yourself a favor and get an iced oat milk latte with 3 pumps of peppermint! They make it just right!

I just got a strawberry salad with chicken from them. It was absolutely delicious. All of the ingredients were fresh and the feta, walnuts, and strawberries balanced each other really well. I got it with the balsamic dressing, which was perfect. Was it a little pricey? For Watsonville, yes. But with quality like that I can't complain. Warning to anyone dining-in: at 12:30 on a Thursday what looked like an entire highschool classroom descended. I took my food elsewhere.I'll be back.
