the world according to noelle ~2012~ Gama Bakery is a small Mexican panaderia. They sell pan dulce, pastel para los niños, pink or chocolate galletas, empanadas, cuernos de azucar, the list could literally go on and on. We picked up one pink galleta and one cookie with a cream cheese center filling. The cookies were decent, nothing spectacular. My boyfriend took me to this place one morning when I was in a bad mood. I was so overwhelmed by all the delicious baked goods they had. I ended up getting a strawberry shortcake parfait type thing. We both got the same thing, actually! It was SO good. Now when I'm feeling a little down or my sweet tooth is acting up, I walk over here and get a parfait. I'm only giving it 4 stars because that's all I've had there. Next time I'll make sure to get something else. A donut, perhaps....read full review

I wanted to support a local panaderia in the city. Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 items I purchased were old and stale. I threw them away. I paid $12 for 6 bakery items. I was there in the afternoon. I was very disappointed.
