The waiter and service were great. Micheocan (sp) cuisine I think. The salsa and chips were great as well. Husband had chile relleno which was also good. I had chicken mole; it wasn't great nor was it bad. I have heard their tacos are great. Will try next time. Again, family owned restaurant, very nice waiter and greeter. Nice place.

Amazing food, top tier service, great ambiance! We had ostiones preparada, camarones a la diabla, tacos de pescado and bohemia beer to wash it all down. We ordered tostada de pulpo which we didn't end up receiving but everything was so filling and amazing we didnt notice the missing order. We gave 25% tip and walked away feeling like we ate like royalty. DELICIOUS!

Good food. Just a bit far from Santa Cruz. We go to their farmer's market stand all the time. Fresh oysters and amazing shrimp cocktail.

Another customer in a white Rolls Royse Ghost told me they should triple their prices.

Just had a delicious vegetarian burrito with rice, beans, pico, avocado, cheese, sour cream and a fantastic green salsa on the side. Very nice young man took my order. Looks like a nice outdoor patio too. Definitely will be back! They also said they are making tamales this week for pick up or if you want to make your own tamales you can pick up the masa for vegetarian or regular tamales. That has me thinking hmmm maybe I'll be back for the masa.

Wow this place is so good I'm not even done eating and I'm excited about coming back and trying everything else. Chris was able to tell me about their popular menu items. I used to be vegan but recently started eating fish. I took a wrong turn after a new job and saw the sign for ceviche and thought hmm new place why not. Best wrong turn ever made. After looking at the menu I see they have a vegan burrito with a vegan Al pastor. I ordered that and am so glad I did. It tasted fresh and made with lots of love. Chris brought out chips they make in house, which I could tell by how good they were. He was nice enough to ask if I'd like a spicy or mild. Being the baby that I am in got mild Verde salsa and it is so good I'm taking the rest to go to drown my burrito in. Also I ordered an horchata and chugged it so fast it was gone before the food arrived because I loved it so much. Thanks so much Chris for explaining the menu and the great advice and service. I'll be coming back as soon as possible !! Also heads up for everyone they do pop ups at local farmers markets!! Keep an eye out for these guys.

Amazing battered fish tacos and friendly service. A bit slow, but if you're not in a rush, this is a top place to get some food. We're looking forward to coming back to try more things

I'd give this place like 8 stars if it was possible. This location has been around 6 different Mexican food restaurants over the past 20 years, but this is my favorite. Start with some chips that were made around 30 min before and they were everything I look for in a chip. Had some of the verde salsa and it was really good and low on the heat for the sensitive ones. The red salsa was smoky, vinegary, nice and spicy, but also didn't blow out your palate. Got 4 fish tacos and am now sitting in post taco bliss thinking about how soon I can make it back. The fish was Red Snapper, the beer batter was super light and crunchy, tortillas handmade and fluffy, and the slaw and avocado in perfect proportions. Fish tacos are one of my favorites (can you tell?) and these may just be the best in SC County. Super friendly family run atmosphere. Can't wait to try the Halibut tacos, Octopus ceviche, Crab empenadas and everything else that catches my eye. Great job folks!!!

The fish tacos were excellent. Seasoned perfectly with homemade corn Tortillas Salsas wre delicious. Service while friendly, was a tax lax, as we were the only table. Tortilla chips fresh and crisp. Definitely going back!
