I came in for the all you can eat buffet at paid for myself and my 2 daughters from the beginning when we first came in the lady that helped us at the counter was nice but the whole time we were there she made us feel uncomfortable we were watched the whole time every move we made when we would get up and serve ourselves food she kept following us around she went as far as sitting in the dining are while she took her break Making sure to keep an eye on us the whole time and then she pretended she was sweeping just to keep watching us while we ate the whole time we were there and she was rude because we didn't finish 2 slices of pizza each we were gonna take it with us and she made us throw it away I hate throwing food a way I volunteer at a church where I feed the homeless people I was gonna take the two slices I had left to give to a homeless person because I hate wasting food she harassed us at the door and made sure we threw the pizza away because she said we could not take it this was by far the worst experience I've had at this location we always come and eat ob the days that I go in later to work and we always order pizza for carry out we even order food to share with employees at my work I will never be going back to this location and definitely not ordering from this location again and I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone we will be going elsewhere why go to eat to place where you can't even eat in peace and have a conversation with you're family when you are constantly being watches like a hawk

This used to be my go-to pizza until one time I called to place an order and the lady who owns the place yelled at me for "calling repeatedly and not saying anything" I reviewed my call history while she was berating me wondering if I pocket dialed them but nope. When I said it wasn't me she called me a liar and said to not call back. So I never called back. Judging by some of the other reviews, she hasn't changed. This location only gets more than one star because yes the pizza is really good, the place is kept clean, and the other staff has always been nice. This wasn't my only bad interaction with her but it was the one that became the last straw.

This place is horrible and horrible customer service. I asked for a large combination and they gave me a pepperoni and called for a refund and they said they would only give me 5 dollars back. Don’t recommend place!!!! The manager from this place is also a very rude person !

I want to give a one star to this pizza, place, the worst customer service ever, especially when the employees made a mistake a tall female goes and secretly talks to her manager, telling her my pizza was wrong in front of me. Makes me wait and wants me to pay her cash for the rest of the pizza this lady looks all desperate for money also she looks like she's so rude to the employees like if they where her slaves

They do not update their website saying that they're closing early. I've been placing orders with them so many times And this one time they forget my soda I asked to see if they can re bring it back to me They say they'll owe me next time sorry delivery. Better off somewhere else now.

I have been a loyal customer to Mountain Mike’s pizza located in Watsonville. Of all the times I have ordered online, today was the worst delivery and customer service I received, only from the owner Diane, but not the workers there. When I placed my order it said approximately 50 min. My pizza was not delivered until 1hr 30 min after. The first time I called was just to mention the main entrance of the aparto was closed to call me when they were here. Second call, was 20 min after to see where my pizza was at, and if I could get a discount for waiting for too long. Diane told me that delivery man was close by and that she were very busy. 3rd call was to cancel my delivery, one of the workers, very polite informed to give the delivery man too 5 min if not to call and cancel the order. 4th call was to cancel cause more than 5 min had passed and I was not going to wait. I spoke to The owner and very rude she told me to let the delivery man know that I was canceling, and she hanged up the phone on me. 5th and final call was to Complain why Diane the owner hanged up the phone without confirming if I was going to get a full refund. This is the worst experience I have gotten at Mountain Mikes located in Watsonville. And believe me, when I get a bad experience and miss treated in a place I do not go back. So I do not recommend Mountain Mikes. Maybe other location but not Watsonville. Every time I ordered was more than $60. I will be spending that somewhere else. I just want to thank the polite workers they have there.
