5 starts ftw!Kimberly (if im correct on her name),I want to thank you for the awesome service today once me and my parents were finishing up our food before leaving, she had asked us if we would like anything else and made a converstion from there, i rarely see this happen in most fast food chains, she was very friendly and had a good ongoing converstation with us! i’m always going to panda to grab some munchies and she served us very well with no problems with our food or customer service, i am beyond happy how she assisted us :)

This would be a 1 star review if I didn’t like the food and price so much. PANDA EXPRESS NEEDS PRIORITIZE IN-PERSON CUSTOMERS OVER TO-GO ORDERS. I was the only person in line and it took me 20 minutesTo get a plate of food as the staff was focusing on To go orders. Other times the line will be out the door because of a backup of to go orders.

If there was a no star option I would use it here. After we ordered we waited and waited,then when I asked about our order they said they were making more veggies and it would be just a few more minutes. Then we waited and waited some more, back to the counter to ask about our order once again, and was told they were out of veggies. Sooo offered us another option which we chose and they served it up on the plate with the rest of our order, Which had been sitting on the counter getting cold the entire time. I had to ask them to fix a new order as this one was colder than Stone Cold Austin.Next time I'll stick real food.

The food was good but this location had a line around inside the restaurant and I wasn't a fan of that. And when I checked my bag she didn't even add napkins and utensils. So if your job is driving on the go then when you get it to go means eat in the car. Well that didn't work out.

It was hard to find parking, it seems the line moved very slowly and waited for about 15 minutes. Food was great and good portions at this location.

Dirty bathrooms and raw food the icemaker does not work at all. The rice was so raw it was so hard ??????? never coming again The employees are so rude. Jesus who has lip filler needs to take a chill pill he disrespect everybody I would like to fire all of them. They give me little food. Evelyn with the humongous lashes is very disrespectful. she should just fly away with those humongous lashes. She threw the sauce at my face. she kept giving me dirty looks and had a very bad attitude. those long enormous lashes are probably why she had a bad mood and I saw her snitching to her other friends that I was gonna leave a bad comment. I am going to leave a bad comment if you keep acting like this.

I placed an order online on 12/08/23, and when I went to pick it up, the cashier appeared confused. I received my order and left without checking it thoroughly, assuming everything was correct since the attached receipt clearly listed the items for each order. However, one of the sides was only half the portion it should have been, and the other side was not what I had originally requested. Out of all the locations I have visited, the Watsonville location has consistently offered me the worst service.

Stopped in Sunday evening they were busy as usual. The line wrapped around the store arrived around 530 someone was taking orders and putting it on post-its then returning the post-it to us to give to the person filling orders it was almost six when I finally was able to give my post-it to the person filling orders. I had ordered half noodles half white rice with Beijing beef and honey sesame chicken and cream cheese ragoon. As I waited for my order I noticed that they were filling door dash orders first which is probably why they were so backed up. I finally got my order and went home about 5 minutes away. My rice and noodles and chicken were cold and the beef was luke warm. They need to rethink door dash orders.

The food has gotten bad here I use to love orange ? but it is always hard as a rock it's really disappointing since it is not cheap. The almond and spicy shrimp ? is also undercooked. It's sad to throw away food I paid good money ?

The food is the same as any other panda. Portions are very small, depends on how the worker is filling I guess. The customer service is one if the worst ones I have experienced of any panda's I have visited. They don't smile and they bearly greet you, not to mention they are very slow. Always busy and it looks like the line is never going to end.

The food is just ok, other locations are way better tasting. The service is horrible. No one is happy to be working there and no eye contact is given which explains the miscommunication while placing your order. My plate had everything I had asked for but was just sitting there for over 10 mins since others were ahead of me waiting for items that were not cooked yet. About 4 different employee opens my box just to see what it was even though there is writing on the top. My food was so cold when I payed for it. Also the ice machichas been out of order for over a year and the fountain drink machine serves flat soda, it's not bubbly at all. This has been my experience over the past year and yet I keep going back.

They have stolen money from me many times not giving me the right order they forget things I order often, I pay the extra for it and all yet I can't get the money back when they messed it up. They messed up my whole order in general giving me not even what I ordered a few times. I try to contact someone for it and I get nothing that's so unfair that's just stealing my money at this point and I should be given it back or get that I paid for. It is a good place to eat yes but they take my money most the time and mess everything up. At this point it's sad to say this isn't a great place to go
