Worst made sandwich ever from this spot, since when did sandwiches start getting made like a taco? Had to disassemble and remake the whole thing and even then almost impossible….. guess I am have a taco salad now….

Thank you Togos for the delicious sandwiches yesterday! My whole family was raving about the sandwiches we had. I had the Italian and it was excellent. I was quickly reminded how tasty Togos is. Super fresh ingredients, and an awesome owner we met at the womens surf competition. Thanks again!

Customer service was good. Very friendly. I ordered 37; All I got was chicken and cheese. No bacon and no avocado. I did not realize this until I got home and was NOT going to go back. Just make sure y'all paying attention when making the sandwiches please

Update… Manager called the next day to apologize and offered me a refund as well as remake my order. Do not order food to pick because your order will be wrong AND nobody there is willing to fix the problem!. Unwilling to give me a refund on my messed up order.

I ordered two large hot pastrami sandwiches to go. I asked the server if she could double wrap everything because I was traveling by airplane the next day and would be hand carrying these sandwiches home. This wonderful lady took great care to pack everything securely for me and did so with a smile! Thank you for your kindness and stellar customer service and providing great attention to detail of my request. I hope TOGO'S appreciates her and the quality of service she provides their customers.

I love the people that work here and will change my review when corrected. I updated my feedback and added a photo based on the owners response. This place is pretty dirty now and yes I saw cockroaches for the first time near the register. I attached a photo of the dirty equipment near opening and you will see a bug that was crawling around on the calculator. This place needs to be scrubbed, equipment should never never be this dirty, and the bugs need to go.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dont even know where to begin. I ordered sandwhiches online and they werent ready when I picked them up at the scheduled time. I understand that this can happen. However I do not understand the unprofessional attitude that my wife and I were given. My wife took the sandwhiches from the young worker and he immediately stared her down and whispered something underneath his breath to his coworker. I promptly asked him what was going on and what the problem was. He stated "you better get outta here". Anyway to say the least it was not a good experience and I will not be returning.
