The food was great.The service was fine.The restaurant was filthy.Thankfully, you can see the kitchen and watch your food being prepared. Otherwise, I wouldn't have eaten the food.The food was really good.I really wanted to take a bucket of bleach to the tables and floors and then maybe pressure wash it for good measure.
Update- I have come back a couple of times now and I am pleased to say that the issue of language barriers has gone away. It is nice to have Raliberto's again!! I do wish they did churros like the one in Redding though. But other than that their horichata and specials are so good! This place was so delicious and the man who helped me was really sweet. They have plenty of seating for this small town and the pricing was fair. He charged me less than was listed on the menu which I loved of course. I got 2 fish tacos and a horchata. Mouth watering! I wish I hadn't of waited so long but I mistakenly listened to some of the locals who said it was terrible. I later found out those locals are racists so that explains a lot.
