Awful service. The pretzel was good though. Just go to Wetzel's, at least they don't act like you are bothering them.

I can’t believe that the cinnamon pretzel bites went from $5 to $9 within a span of a year or so. But, a girl can treat herself every so often. The first “bitten” pretzel was this sliver of a piece that I thought was just me being forgetful or distracted to notice. I make it to the halfway mark and sure enough, I find ANOTHER BITTEN PRETZEL. I didn’t pay freaking $9 for the workers to BITE THE PRETZELS AND THEN SELL IT TO ME. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

The Pretzels are very tasteful. I ordered two, but I had a little trouble digesting the price.

Tasted alright, but got bubble guts 30 min after eating a pretzel. Never had this happen with Wetzels Pretzels just saying

I'm visiting LA for the week and while at the mall I was craving a pretzel and decided to stop at Auntie Anne's for one. The casher was slow with my order. He took 5 minutes to take my order since he kept messing it up. He also struggled taking my card, he had to have someone help him with it. In the end I decided to pay with cash since he was so slow. On top of that I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order taken because the line was long. When I finally got my order I looked and saw that Jie was the one to take my order. Stay away from this location and go to Wetzel Pretzel instead.

Very kind staff. The customer in front of me spilled there drink all over the front counter, and they kindly cleaned it up, and gave them a new one. 5 star staff!! There food is just ok, but service really makes a big deal. Good job Auntie Anne's

The customer service is horrendous. I wanted to redeem a welcome offer and asked them if they could charge me to add cinnamon on it. They said they couldn't. I even told them to charge me the $1 or .50 to add it and they said no. Stupid, I was offering to pay but whatever. Pretzel bites were SUPER salty what a waste.
