I haven’t been to Wild wings in weeks cause the experience I had at City of Industry. But I really enjoyed coming to the West Covina. I came here only live 5 blocks from this one. Crystal was Great. Brought my napkins and ask me would I like something to Drink I said yes. Then took my order. Later when order came kept checking up on me and other customers. This place is always FULL. Not like City of Industry which only maybe 5 by the bar and 3-4 by the eating area. This one 15-20 by the Bar and 10-15 by eating area and the Mg John also helping and Greeting Customers. This is what this should be about. Thank U John GREAT SERVICE AND CRYSTAL.

Just found out that there is a BeatBox cocktail menu in select LA locations. Would love if you could bring this to your location! Love Beatbox and that menu would go perfect with wings!

The bone-in wings are too small, overly cooked, and expensive. I asked my server to please bring me my beer with my food, and that didn't happen. By the time I got my beer, my wings were cold. I used to love it here. The wings were good size and juicy. I'm never coming back again. Do better Buffalo ?

I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. It was surprisingly good. I had a chicken sandwich in Las Vegas that was not good. The most common problem with a chicken sandwich is overcooking the chicken. The only undercooked chicken sandwich I ever had was at Red Robin. The onion rings at Buffalo's are good. The fries are better than 60% of restaurants. The traditional seasoned wings are good. The boneless wings are horrible. My son ate them otherwise I would bring them home for my dog.

Really really bad experience from the management team both Myrna and Fabian really careless staff , it's just all I need is to go and eat and leave but I guess very disappointing in regards my situation that have happened they make me feel like I'm lying about my refund the management was making me feel like ** wanting free food** ! I was over charged and they are aware of it that is a mistake specifically both managers Myrna and Fabian - they have told me to wait 10- 15 days in regards my refund , and have visited the place more than 3 times to check on the status of my refund that is $48.16 , and still hasn't happened , they wouldn't offer no gift card or store credit replacement, refund or to offer food , really poor customer service , even tho I have a proof of receipt and bank statement .lack of training.
Service is terrible here. Waiting 45 minutes for my food arrive at my table. Waiter only came by once after that and that was to give us a receipt.

Service here isn't good but I do love the wings a lot which is why I keep coming back. The employees don't care at all about being kind or professional, my 20 wing order was missing 4 wings. The food was good though and I would come back. Their little cheese curds are an amazing service side that a lot of people don't know about!

The food was good I ordered cheese curds and wings (lemon pepper, hot, mango habanero) I can’t complain about the food and I recommend the cheese curds. 3 wings were missing from the order unfortunately. Location states opened till 1 am however they close at 12 midnight, confirmed by employee of this location. Employee specifically said they are closed by 12:15 please update your current hours with the city of West Covina I’ll also submit a request to have the hours

I keep giving this place a chance hoping for better haha. The food is okay. Nice if you are craving some wings or their dressings for the wing really. Staff said they changed the way they cook the wings so the wings wouldn't be so hard and dry this visit, however they were still not great. There was some improvement but honestly getting a bag from food 4 less and airfying at home is better and less expensive.I will say my kids burger was actually good, the patty was not dry and it was seasoned well. Might've been luck but it was good.
