I ordered a fish burger and whopper and wow, this Location makes the best burger, it usually has been I hardly have bad experience with my order. I hope other restaurants pay attention, your food matters. I have stopped eating out much because of bad food. But this burger king may change that. Keep up the good work. ?

had to come around the drive thru THREE times because they kept fucking up my order. I ordered an IMPOSSIBLE whopper combo, got home, took a bite, and it's meat. I drove all the way back, tell them there is supposed to be no meat, and the girl asks me "but everything else on the burger was correct?", to which I said yes to. I had ordered it with no lettuce, no mayo, add cheese. I get that burger, and I check it at a stop light, and it's an impossible whopper, but there's mayo and lettuce on it. Now I have to turn around and drive back. I'm pissed off at this point so I NICELY tell the manager that the burger is wrong, once again, and to just take it back and refund me. he then says in a condescending voice, "what's wrong with the burger? what exactly is wrong with it?" I tell him that there was supposed to be no mayo or lettuce, to which he asks the girl that took the original burger back why she had put mayo and lettuce on it. she then claims that she asked me if I wanted everything that comes on the impossible whopper, on the new burger, and I said yes. That was complete bullshit, because she asked me if everything, besides the meat on the ORIGINAL burger I had gotten was correct. He then pulled up my receipt which called her out on her bullshit. I ended up getting a refund, and manager ended up being apologetic about it, but sad i didn't get to enjoy an impossible whopper. I wasn't about to wait in line for them to most likely fuck it up again. I guess you could say this is partly on me though. I should have checked my food in the drive thru line before leaving. Or restaurants could stop hiring incompetent workers ‍

Literally such garbage. I went to get breakfast, which was a croissant bacon egg sandwhich (which cost $6) and a hash brown and it came out to $10. Normally wouldn't mind paying that, but the sandwhich was puny, nasty looking, and not very good. It looked like it should've been from the dollar menu. Will never go back to Burger King ever again.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while but today’s visit was by far the worse experience I had. I came today to have a quick lunch and I tried using the app’s coupon for the whopper for 2 for $13.99 but for some reason they were not taking them. Yet the manager by the name of Walid was “nice” enough to override it. This is where all hell broke lose. First, Walid was rushing my order even though I wanted to order one more item. Second, I wanted to order the sandwiches in a specific way since my partner wanted cheese on his and I wanted no mayo on mine. Then came this other manager by the name of Claudia saying that I need to leave because there were other cars waiting and I was lucky enough to be given a discount. So they gave us our order and I paid. I asked for the receipt and Walid said have a good day. I asked for his name. He gave it to me. I left the drive thru but I went inside the store to ask for my receipt which I was “greeted” by Claudia once again. I let her know that I was in the drive thru and Walid had refused to give me a receipt, therefore, I’m here to get it. She told me that I had to wait because she was serving customers with an attitude. It took a good minute but she gave it to me. I asked once again for their names and she said hers. Also, Walid came out and said his name once again. Then, Claudia asked for my name….really? You’re pretty much in the wrong and now you want my name? I left and got home until to realize she gave me wrong the receipt. I have been trying to call the location several times but no one is answering…big surprise there. No accountability. My order was made wrong and the fries tasted like they sitting for a while. I do have corporate number but I doubt they’ll do anything. Won’t be coming to this location again.
