Horrible. Showed up 30 minutes before closing time and they told us they were closed.

After spending 45 dollars on sliders and chicken wings they charged me an additional 50 cents on ranch dressing for the wings. Kinda killed the whole meal for me. I hate getting nickled and dimed. Won't be coming back here again.

Delicious burger! I had the 3 sliders, hamburger, grilled chicken and crispy chicken. All 3 were good. The burger tasted like high quality meat and the grilled chicken was perfect with a nice tangy sauce. Sides were great as well, I had fries and onion rings. The only negitive was the server did not know how to pour a beer, but she tried and actually took it back to top it off after the foam dissipated. Overall it was a GREAT experience and I will definitely be back!

I decided to visit this restaurant after reading many positive Yelp reviews. Upon entering, I impressed with how clean and organized this restaurant appeared to be throughout the entire location. I spent a few minutes going over the clearly posted menu board behind the counter and my family and I decided on a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, turkey burger with regular, unsalted fries, chicken tenders, strawberry shake and other beverages. We waited approximately fifteen minutes before my number was called announcing that my order w ready for pick up. I could not wait to taste my turkey burger. One bite and I was smiling ear to ear. My burger and regular fries were delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned. The burger was loaded with lettuce, tomato, American cheese and mustard (I HATE mayo). The cheeseburger was perfect as were the chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and strawberry shake. Prices are a tad on the high end but affordable. Service was very good and the restaurant itself made for a comfortable dining and positive experience.

Surprised at how good the berger was, and the Buffalo wings were on point! Love the chocolate shake.

I'll start with a good and then I'll tell you the bad. I'll try to completely fair. I had the Spanish Beef burger and my wife had the Cowboy Beef burger. The burgers were juicy and the patties were thick. They were well seasoned too. The buns they use are soft and tasty but I would have preferred them heated. The onion rings were really good, and as someone mentioned in another review, there are only 5 to an order, but they are fairly good sized onion rings. So, I thought the portion size was good. Now here's the bad. I ordered their sweet potato fries as my side. When my order came out I immediately noticed the fries were cold. They were room temperature as though they had been sitting for a while. I planned to eat them like that. However, when my wife got up to ask the cashier for a plastic knife. She also mentioned to the cashier that I had received my fries cold. Her response to my wife was "No, they are Hot. The order just came up!" Well even though I wasn't going to mention it. It upset me to hear her say that. Basically, I felt like she was calling me a liar. So, I did tell her, "How do you know that? Why would you say that, when you obviously don't know." I told her to try one of the fries and she'll see. I also told her that her response was rude. A little later the cook came to my table to apologize and offered to bring me more fries. I declined his offer. I just thought the young lady's response to my wife made me feel like she was calling me a liar. By that time I just wanted to finish my food and get out. So basically, I really don't want to come back here again. I ended up paying $27 for two Burger meals, but getting far worse service than at a McDonald's. Next time your thinking about coming here, I'd suggest that you go to "The Habit, at Eastland Shopping Center. That would be a better altetnative.

Don't usually write reviews, but here goes... We used to go to the BurgerIM in Azusa but it closed. Was happy to find out that there was a closer one to home. All my visits here had been great up to today. We ordered the Duo combo with no house sauce on one of the burgers because I like mine with mustard. I forgot to mention that I wanted mustard on my burger. No biggie, I'll ask for some (as I've done before) when our order is ready. When my husband asked for some mustard, the girl told him it would be .49 cents. Not wanting to use his debit card, my husband asked me for some change. I asked him what he needed the change for, and he said for the mustard. I got up to see what was happening and I was told by the young girl that they charge for all the sauces. I explained that I only wanted some mustard for my burger that I ordered without any house sauce. The very nice young guy asked if she was sure and she said yes. She went to the back to double check with the manager and he said yes. In addition, we order a 6 piece Buffalo wings like we always do. Out of curiosity, we checked our receipt...we were charged for the ranch dressing. I don't think we've ever been charged for dressing when ordering Buffalo wings anywhere. Unless we wanted extra. When I was here two weeks ago there were no extra charges. Upon getting ready to leave, I went up to the register to see if anything was posted. That's when I saw the sign regarding fees for the sauces. However it did not list mustard. Don't know if we'll be returning.

I got the GREEK LAMB Burand I have to say this worst burger I've ever had from a restaurant/fast food. It definitely doesn't taste nasty but it has not flavor and really dry meat. This is not worth $8 dollars nothing special.

The food was ok but the price does not match with the food. With this kind of spending you can go to some other restaurant which they have gourmet burgers. It’s not wroth it for this place which is fast food. Also the register guy was very impolite and had rush to get the order. Not recommend it...

The Indian guy at the register is so rude and impolite. These foreigners don't know how to treat and handle customers. I'm not raisist but that is the truth. I would not recommend at least this branch of BurgerIM.

Overpriced and I spotted the cook in the back making food no mask or gloves on while touching my burger. Despite that, I came back today just to buy a soft drink, I walked in and the cashier stared dead at me as if I didn't belong. I told him I just wanted a soft drink, the guy looked at me and had no idea what to do... the manager came out and provided awful customer service. Better off save your money and go to Buns Street Burger across the street! Their burgers are cheaper and bigger. For the record, the small soft drink was almost $4.00.
