My burrito today (from an online order) was a slopped up mess with sour cream oozing everywhere & the bottom not even folded up. I did not see this until I got to work & am so disappointed, I did not even eat the burrito. I have had multiple issues with this location but it's close to my work. It is like the employees putting your food together do not care. Or the manager for that fact, because I called to tell the manager how my food is always delivered poorly here, & when I finally got through to manager they just hung up. Every time I order here, its always something, missing ingredients, poor care, etc. & I do not have a problem at any other location. I would avoid this location at all costs.

came here with the family for dinner. We waited in a long line.They only had two people assisting customers. They both seemed overwhelmed. When we got up they didn't have sever items and told us it would be a wait.The food they did have seemed like it was out all day and they wanted to stretch it for all the people waiting in line.At that point we should have left but instead we still ate and we got food poisoning from the food we ate. We know it was chipotle because we all had the same thing. Tried reaching out to customer service but they didn't seem to care.

1st and last time coming here, got here at 7:35 the line was so long due to literally one person serving and him constantly having to call for cashier who keeps going to the back to talk to the other workers. I guess people had been waiting for a while due to running out of steak? then I finally get to the front at about 7:55 for him to tell everyone they are out of chicken ?? so how are you running out of so many things during dinner time I would assume a busy time right? and still it continues to be one single person in the front no cashiers, I left. PS. The bathrooms are disgusting seems no one does any cleaning, but if there's only two workers in the front (the cook and single server) I don't see how that would get done either way.

This is has been like the 3rd time we come to this location and they are put of things. Today they were out of Guacamole and chips. They were supposed to still be open for more than an hr still but they just never have everything. Also service is usually rude at this location. I love chipotle food, but this location never feels welcoming and they are usually out of things.

ive had multiple bad experiences here but this one compelled me enough to write this. we all know chipotle is stingy, but the dude barely gave me any rice like there were gaps where you could still see my bowl at the bottom? but i think that was because there was a manager looming over them the whole time. i could feel the stress of these poor guys they were talking very fast and moved like robots. they spilled chili all over the containers cause they were going so fast. i heard her tell them that they needed to move the line faster when there was only one other person behind us. the way she was acting and the way it affected their service made this visit very uncomfortable for me but i gave the atmosphere 5 stars because it is a nice location. also the chips were stale so avoid the chips i guess

Went there on 2 different days (giving them another shot), and they had no food on the line. It didn't seem like they any urgency to replenish the line either. I was the only one in line, I would've waited for fresh hot food...I looked at the line, and then the person behind the counter, I just walked out! Wow, so horrible!!!

Got home and realized they charged me for 2 steak bowls instead of 2 chicken bowls. Difference of $6. Don’t come here they’ll rip you off in the hopes you don’t notice
Here for lunch today. They ran out of over half the ingredients on a Saturday at 1pm. Who wants a bowl of beans for lunch? Three thumbs down.

I always forget to take a photo of my bowl! LolBy far this is my favorite location of chipotle in the area. The service is quick, the location is clean and the lot is pretty big.I always get a chicken bowl- white rice, black beans, extra corn salsa (because it's so yummy) extra crema and cheese and extra extra lettuce with green salsa on the side. The tacos are good also I just ask them to heat the tortilla longer. I just tried the fajitas added to my bowl omg delish! You have to try itThe chips are always fresh and crispy and the drink station is always clean and stocked. I like to get in and get out especially doing all of this before work. The only way you are going to wait is if you have someone at the counter holding you up.

I arrived at 9pm and the staff was ready to leave kitchen was cleaned and all the food was out and horrible qualityHorrible customer service!Dirty walls and counters, the glass guarding the food was full of dust. This place is dusty literally!Out of napkins, veggies, corn, chicken at 9 o clock when they close at 10. Would not make more.Made me pay in full for dry over cooked rice, beans and cheese tasted bad and not enough meat in my bowl since they didn't want to make more. The lettuce had chunks of the core in itAnnoyed never coming back to this location.

I haven't eaten at Chipotle since 2019. The Carnitas are just as good as I remember. Today I enjoyed them inside a burrito and use the Queso Blanco as my dipping sauce. Pretty good. Meanwhile the person assembling my dish before hand off to finish assembly had abit of attitude and was rushing me, so some ingredients I missed inside my burrito, so I won't go back to the location. I'll try another locatuon closer to where I live, I love some good Carnitas

I don’t care if you’re new it doesn’t take an Einstein to wrap a burrito it fell everywhere and when asked to get it newly wrapped again she rolled her eyes and tossed it made the burrito looks so small! Little to no meat, I could’ve made that at home! What??????
