“Best Cream cheese foam I've ever had! As a coffee drinker, I always look for boba cafes that has coffee milk tea, but they have a genuine coffee what is so good to me. Also, their teas are specially and freshly brewed anytime, that aroma soothes me when I come across their making teas.Customer service is excellent too, and you'll never fail to take picture of your drink with their seasonal decorations. Inside is always clean and restroom is accessible easily too. :)“
“Came to try this out with my 3 kids and it was incredible. The grilled cheese was on point, and my kids devoured it. I asked for a recommendation for a not so sweet ice i coffee and the barista told me to try a caramel ice coffee. REALLY good! Also got some chocolate cake for desert. I'll be back to try every item on the menu lol. Also, I found a new life hack (if I'm late, I'm sorry). Bringing toddlers to the mall before the stores open is not only free, but the toddlers can explore all the shops without causing a ruckus!“

“I was here yesterday while shopping at Tokyo Central. The boba was pretty OK, but the kitties were really cute. I think the store owner missed an opportunity. This place should be called BOBA CATT or BOBA CAT-FE. The pet store side had plenty of variety of treats for doggies too. Oh, you need to make a donation in order to go play with the cats, who are all up for adoption.“

“Very nice and welcoming the staff was. It's very calm and nice and price is pretty good and not to low nor too high. Recommend this place to anyone who loves coffee or tea. I tried there Lavanderberry tea it is very delicious you can add in sugar or drink as it is (just know there isn't any sugar so you would have to add sugar), I added agave to my drink.Vegetarian options: Teas are what would be a good vegetarian options and they do have alternatives for milkKid-friendliness: They do have kid friendly drinks and pastries.“
“This bakery has the freshest breads, cookies, and pastries. On the left-hand side is a coffee service with a variety of specialty beverages. Since the last time I was here, it somehow seemed to have expanded, yet the location had not changed. They must have remodeled the interior and added seating. I also noticed an area on the counter for pre-order pickups. They are also launching an app for customer loyalty rewards. Looks like I have been missing out on some good deals. I didn't mind waiting in the regular line. They have four cashiers that take the next customer, this really helped move the line along. I simply placed some muffins and biscottis on the counter, and selected two cakes. The first was a 10" round Lemon cake, the second was a rectangular Cheesecake. It was not easy to narrow it down to these two when Red Velvet, Chocolate, Tiramisu, and Strawberry Cream was available. Check them out for any occasion, your family and friends will be pleasantly surprised. Don't forget to tell 'em that Rosemary sent ya!“

“If you go early in the mornings, ask for their Ham and Cheese. It's fresh, warm, and you can tell that it is definitely made with love. Their service is beyond gratifying, and at the end of the day, it feels like home. The ambiance every donut shop should strive for. A+ 10/10 visit them whenever you have a chance.“
“So I've been going here for years. This place has cute little rewards cards where they stamp and every 10 stamps gets you a free drink. But the free drink is only the small size and no toppings. I've cashed out many of them over the years, as I started going here when it first opened. The drinks are very tasty, the toppings are usually fresh, theres so many flavors/options, and the staff is really nice. Unfortunately times have changed and the prices are much higher now. I find it really difficult to keep coming back when a large matcha milk tea with golden boba is nearly 7 dollars. I like this place, but unfortunately I won't be coming back as often.Parking: During peak hours and on Fridays, parking lot is very full.“
“I've been going to this Quickly since it's first opened, and so glad that it's still around after all these years. The staff here are so dang friendly! They removed the indoor seating area however there's plenty of tables outside. We usually order the passion fruit green tea or peach green tea and add boba and lychee jelly. The popcorn chicken is a must every.single.time! It's a nostalgic snack and generous serving for $8. Sometimes we wished they offered a plate with rice and some veggies for a nice filling meal as we go about running errands! Regardless we love it here and will always come here when we're in the area!“
“Happy Monday! Starting the week with sweet fall snacks! This Starbucks is located at Target. There are a few tables in the back corner wall. Space is limited but they keep the place presentable! They patiently helped me today! Thankful for their great staff here! The staff members here are always kind and helpful. I'm not a frequent Starbucks visitor but wanted to use my old gift card! I asked them if they could make a chai pumpkin drink I found online haha! The lady that helped me carefully listed the ingredients on her notepad. In a few minutes my order was ready to enjoy! It was so creamy and filled with all things fall! I love seasonal and holiday drinks at Starbucks! The chocolate chip cookie was a great combo!“
“Pretty good boba and milk tea. The boba quality is pretty high end and they use good teas. Definitely a top option in the West Covina area. I normally get the monster boba latte (fairly strong) or the signature milk tea (5/5). I also suggest getting the golden boba. Items are well packaged and made.The regular cup is extremely small which is why I knocked a star off. It's like a kiddie cup, and maybe some people prefer the smaller size, it's definitely disappointing. Including photos of the regular and large for example. Still recommend getting as it's overall a great boba option!“
“This is a small cafe in a medical plaza. There are minimal seating but they do provide some additional seating in front of the pharmacy inside the building! We arrived a little after if opened and there were already many people ahead of us! We tried the chocolate strawberry banana waffle as well as their egg deluxe croissant. They were fairly priced! They were both delicious though I wish I had asked them for a crispier waffle. Their service was just as expected for a small cafe making everything to order. We waited about 10-15 minutes. We would definitely come back to try their bagel deluxe!“
