Cutting on pizza ingredients. Used to order Dalia’s since it opened. Loved it. Pizzas were generous on ingredients since last year. Ordered twice this year. Very disappointed. Supreme pizza has very little ingredients, hardly any Marinera sauce, cheese. Pepperoni pizza the same. What happened Dalias?

I don't like to use the Slice app to order online because it adds about 20 minutes to the pickup time. So I walked and order an antipasto salad only from the counter. I figured it would only take a few minutes since nothing had to go into the oven. I ended up waiting in the lobby for about 25 minutes just for a salad!Needless to say, I probably won't be going back there again; not unless they change it so you can order directly from them online and not through Slice.

Love the food don’t get me wrong but ordering online which is supposed to be easier is a hassle! I hit the link for the “deal” two large pizzas with two toppings each and a soda, got here and they had two mediums waiting for me. I explained that I ordered two large and then I look back at my email and it does show two mediums. I then explained the website made a mistake, when you click on the large deal it changes back to medium. Maybe I should’ve paid more attention but when I told the lady what happened and that I needed the larger pizzas because of guests at home, she was zero help at all. Also, the website also says coke is what the 2 liter will be and all they have is Pepsi, I told her that the website says coke and she could care less. It’s little things like that and the response that makes people start buying pizza elsewhere! Thanks for the headache dalias West Covina!
