Horrible that they have increased their prices but I guess we can blame it on the overall economy. The food without a doubt, is delicious, but the service by the little wannabe chola cashier, with the extra tight cut up jeans, hoodie, tattoos and fake press on nails needs to change the attitude. She made the increased prices experience, worse.

Sorry, I am not picky but this place... I do not understand how they can survive... I ordered make own bowl. I put lots veggies but when they make them cooked, dropped all the veggies on the ground and only noodle remains... I even found one short straight hair in that food... And we paid over 16 dollars +tax for each NOODLE... Here describe my order. 90% noodle, 5% jalapeño, 3% green onion, 2% cabbage, 1% hair...and not really flavorful I added one back of soy sauce after.

First time reviewing, been coming here off and on for a little over a year. Food is always good, line can get crazy at times. At times I don't think the grill gets cleaned enough, but that is just me.In regards to the lady talking about the rude cashier... The cashier is not new, been there for over a year. Also, because it's a restaurant setting, they all talk about the goings on during their days. I was a customer at Panda Express just prior to close and I heard about how some lady got crazy with the cashier at GK that calls everyone sweetheart, sweetie or hon. Heard about how security had to escort her and her son out after she threw her bowl of food at the cashier station. Kind of like when monkeys get pissed in the jungle and sling poop at each other.

This cashier is horrible! She kept calling me sweetheart even after I told her not too, she became sooo mad that she snatched the tongues out of my hand! Became a screaming match in the mall in front of allll the customers. The cook had to walked over and shush her. She refused to give me back my money until he told her too. Been coming to this place for a min so I know she’s new, but her customer service skills are horrible. Never call a customer sweetheart and stop when they ask you too.

Very unorganized. There is no sign where it days to you don't have to get the noodles and that they will add noodles on for you at the end so you can get confused by filling your bowl with noodles. The workers saw me and didn't even say anything. The utensils are at the front next to the register instead of at the end which is so stupid because people paying for the food blocks it and you literally have to say excuse me or reach over them. The food itself was bland and tasteless. I told them everything for the sauce and it still was very bland. I'd rather play 20 dollars for something else instead of this garbage. Thumbs down.

I can never find this place at this mall even my latest model gps can't located it. I spend 30 minute wandering inside and outside and all these yelp pictures aren't very helpful
Ate here at about 8:15pm tonight. Sorry to say that about 20 minutes after I ate I had extreme stomach pains. I think I got bad food from here. I saw a gnat or fruit fly on one of the sides, I forget which one. It flew away when I used the tongs for an item.The cook was really nice which I appreciate. The girl at the front counter with huge eyelashes was not friendly at all, very poor customer service. I will never eat here again.

Two visits to this food court and two stops here. Food is delicious. Assemble your own bowl and then they cook it. More veggies than I can fit. All the protein you could want. Workers are friendly. Food court is a bit loud but it's fine. You'll feel like a conqueror here of fine Mongolian barbecue.

Missing one star because I don’t feel comfortable eating hot food out of the foam-like material they used. Every takeaway package was wrapped entirely with this kind of package.However, the food was very nice and totally affordable given the quantity they gave. I got the combo that has both rice and side as well.It was a DIY bowl. They have some meat and veggies. You can put everything as long as it fits in the bowl (it’s not big though - but the noodle at the end makes it large).Overall, great food good price! I’d recommend for food - but would be much better if they used more environmental friendly packaging!

You get a bowl that you can fill with meat and veggies. You then hand the bowl to the cook and he'll grill it up on huge round flat top with noodles. The downside is amount meat you can get. They cut it thin, roll it up with a hole in the middle, and freeze it. This limit the amount you can put in the bowl. The more meat you put in your bowl, the more air you put in too. The combo comes with a bowl, a drink, white rice and soup.
