Breakfast was great! The papas con chorizo are delicious. The menudo was super tasty. They provide fresh, hand made tortillas. The service is excellent, we sat outside and they offered to get us a heater because there was a brisk breeze, and we had an infant in our party. Overall wonderful experience, we are looking forward to trying the lunch menu next

I recently enjoyed a delightful meal of huevos rancheros at Hacienda Diaz Restaurant in West Covina. The dish was expertly prepared, with perfectly cooked eggs resting on a fried tortilla bed with flavorful refried beans and potatoes. The combination of flavors and textures was genuinely satisfying.On top of the fantastic food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly and ensured our dining experience was top-notch. I appreciated the overall ambiance and attention to detail in every aspect of the meal.I highly recommend Hacienda Diaz Restaurant for a fantastic Mexican breakfast experience. I will return to sample more of their delicious dishes and enjoy their excellent service again.

Bad service out in patio area. Forgot about us. I had to go in and let them know were ready to order. We should have walked out then. Waitress never came back to check if everything okay, food or for refils on our drinks. Food was not that great. Within an hour of eating our food, my husband and I both got sick. Possibly a little food poisoning. Never going back there again, or referring anybody. It was a horrible experience both there and the after affects.

Food was horrible I got the chili Relleno and taco cheese Enchilada plate with beans and rice. Food was slightly warm, food tasted like it had been frozen and heated up,Food was horrible. Guacamole tasteless, salsa that was served with the chips was horrible. Never again.
What a tasty hidden gem! Had Birria, and it met Mama's high expectations. My friend had the crunchy tacos and he liked them....he really liked them! Going back to try the other items on the menu. Parking is difficult so ride a bike, walk...it'll make you hungrier.

Walked in at 12:10 didn't get food until 1:30 and one by one order... ever since new staff and they don't pay attention to their tables they bring food in pauses they don't give you coffee refills that often and other waitress don't help you if is not their table that sucks... might not go anymore and then you complain and they don't even offer to give you something or a discount. And last thing music is no bueno, they should play old Mexican music because it doesn't go with the restaurant

This place reminds me of La Sunrisa in Rosarito Beach Bajaj California México, home cooked food from the heart my daughters who is nativo of Bajaj thinks it's better than La Sunrisa!!!!! Delicious!!!!
