I don't like food here. Why all the menus here are far different tastes from other Jollibees here in USA, especially Jollibees' from PH. Why? Why dont you all stick to one tasts, recipes, and ingredients?

Just under $40 for the 10 piece family meal with 3 "large" sides. The sides were definitely individual sizes. The mac n cheese was 3 spoonfuls. Chicken is all crust and no meat. Will never return.

First time trying Jollibee I was excited. Unfortunately, when I open my bag to make sure I had all my items. I noticed my French fries weren't warm. To my disbelief when I tried them, the where absolutely cool. Still in hopes for my first experience to be a good experience, I pulled over in parking lot and exchange the fries. As I walk in I received zero greetings, mind you the restaurant was empty. I mentioned my cool fries to the cashier who also happened to the person who took my at the drive thru window. Again, to my disbelief she did not seem to be surprised by comment. She exchange with a snarly attitude. I became uncomfortable and realized how my first Jollibee experience would be. Through the process of exchange, the 3 employee in the restaurant at the time began speaking in there language while continuously giving me uncomfortable glares. At that time with such discomfort, I decided to wait over in the restroom. At that time I was surprised yet again with one of the restroom conditions and being out of order. I used the available restroom which was not in quality condition. While I was in there an employee was pulling at the door which cause more discomfort. At this time my fresh fries where ready for pickup but unfortunately now at this time my chicken sandwiches where no longer hot. Still optimistic that my food would taste great regardless of the poor customer service experience, I was yet again disappointed. My disappointment was that although my chicken sandwiched was still slightly warm on the outside, on the very inside it was now cold. At this point in time I still ate the meal considering I was still hungry and did not want to feel like I was losing out on money. I was left with not only a bad taste in my mouth, but also was left with a sicking feeling in my stomach. Unfortunately it wasn't just my self who was left feeling ill, my 9 month pregnant partner shared the same unfortunate experience which is my main reason for this complaint. I was told many great things about Jollibee and was excited to give it a try. To my surprise not onlywas I left with a bad experience with the restaurant it self but also left with a discomforting feeling being that the restaurant I visited was next to the Jollibee corporate building on Barrance in West Covina. I hope future customers do not experience are unfortunate experiences. I hope you find my complaint with good intent, My purpose was and is for Jollibee's improvement.Thank YouAlejandro A.

I had my best burger yet -- the Aloha Burger. It's tasty and flavorful, with pineapple and bacon. Fried chicken at it's best! -- Crispy outside and juicy inside. Love the spaghetti as well - it is more on the sweet side. Best fried chicken and burgers I've been to!

When you order your food online, they tell you it will be ready in five minutes, but when you arrive you have to wait about one hour, a terrible long waiting!!!
