Loved the variety of different food they have. Definitely a great place to go to kill a late snack craving. The staff were very friendly, everything was clean and the prices were very reasonable. Next time we're in town we will definitely go back again!

Theyre rude when i walked in and seemed as if they didnt want to serve me. One lady i dont jnow her name tried to lie to me saying they ran out of strawberries and cream while i seen her serve someone before me the very same thing. Very discriminatory. Do better

Such kind costumer service and the fruit was so fresh. I loved that everything was made with care, even if they were busy. They were still fast and helped me customize my order for a last minute party. I don't live around the area but will pass by every time I visit family in West Covina.

Well the ice fruit paletas always good. But no place to sit. The restroom is not for the public. The displays for the menu items not working. The napkin dispenser was empty. Prices should be discounted since the place has some issues. And yes, like someone said, there is a smell, like a not clean bathroom smell.

They have ‘line starts here’ & 3rd time I was ignored! At 1st I let it go but today was the 3rd time & now I’m so disgusted by this business co!! Either be fair or start a line at the register like normal people do!

Today I was craving some esquites and la Michoacana never disappoints. I got my esquites and service was great. To my surprise when I got home and got comfortable to enjoy my esquites I found pieces of what seemed to be a broken serving spoon or something of the sort. The worst part is that I paid $7.50 for something that I won't even be able to eat. Some of the pieces of plastic were so small that I was afraid that if I actually decided to even start eating it I was going to swallow all that plastic. So there won't be a next time for me. And people check your food before you eat it.
Honestly this is the best place ever !! The lady was so helpful and not irritated at all she made everything so good and delicious that, this is my husbands and my favorite Michoacán !! ?❤️ thank you for satisfying my pregnancy craving !!

I think I was over charged for an elote cup bc I'm white lol Her tv menus were turned off can got charged $5 for a small elote cupMakes me not wanna go back here ever again. I know it's only $1.50 it just doesn't feel good, 1 star.

I just want to say it says that it closes at 10 pm and I show up there at least at 9 pm and it was closed?? And the things there are alright I guess but no offense but the smell there is not it and the service takes way too long so sorry a 2 star 3 problems:/

Paid $20 for 2 bags of hot Cheetos with cheese!! They refused to accommodate the difference. They also don’t let me know the xtra hot Cheetos are $3 more expensive! They took off their prices/ menu. The normal hot Cheeto bag is $4 and the extra hot is $7. She told me “sorry we can’t help you I’ll have to train the girls better” just stealing peoples money
