This morning they ask me not to park in the parking lot. Have in mind this parking lot is full of homeless people. I’ve been a customer there for 8 months. They always get my order wrong. They can kick out a loyal customer, but can take care of the homeless people that are littering there all day long. I will take my money to a different place, and wish them the best of luck keeping their loyal customer’s. If I was you I would save myself from a bad customer service experience and go somewhere else. Finally, there is only one toilet per gender, and their own employees take for ever to use the restroom. In addition of the issue there restroom has a code, but I don’t know how there is always a homeless person taking showers at sink area. Smh! Worst experience ever, save yourself some trouble, and don’t go to this location.Parking: 100 N Azusa AvenueWest Covina, CA 91791

Manager Laura was rude and scolded one of her crew members in front of several customers. I am a teacher and decided to stop by for the complimentary coffee the whole McDonald corporation is advertising. Which is a super cool way to appreciate educators. Unfortunately, I had to experience a manager that yelled at her employee, an older Latina woman. She was simply showing the manager the announcement McDonald made for all educators. You could see how nervous the woman became. This manager must be accustomed to treating her team this way. I hope a General Manager reads this message. It is also super hard to find the store number or any number to contact to report a complaint. I recommend that this store be boycotted until management retrains Manager Laura and posts up signs that encourage customers to give feedback hopefully at that time positive.

Mobile orders don't get through sometimes, I was there 2 days ago waited 10 minutes and never received the order. Asked the staff, they never got the order. The place has been renovated nicely, occasionally homeless people hang out near the restaurant.Staff are nice.
