My husband went inside to see what was going on and turned out they had our order ready they just didn’t want to bring it to us outside. I swear they became lazier after getting paid $20 an hour now. Manager was a joke. Think her name is Araceli..extremely rude and refused to give me my money back for my drink that was never brought to me. I mobile ordered it and had to walk inside defeating the whole purpose..I told her I would call corporate and she said go ahead with a real attitude..it's McDonald's and they want to make over 20 an hour haha such a joke

Got a mobile order through their. My order was given to me was WRONG. I wanted a sausage McMuffin with no egg and no cheese. They gave me it with egg.

Lately I have bought at the drive thru and I am always missing something because I only take my order bag and when I get home I am missing either the pies that I order or a hamburger or they make my coffee with the coffee that I did not order, I always ask for decaffeinated because I suffer from high blood pressure, however when I take it I know that it is not decaffeinated because at the moment I feel like my blood pressure goes up, they should be more careful about that, I once heard the manager say to an employee It didn't matter that in the end the client didn't realize it, he didn't notice. To think that they put the lives of those of us who suffer from high blood pressure at risk?
